Just do it !!! - This is a must do when visiting Catalina Island. So much better than renting a golf cart and exploring on your own. Chris our guide was a local and was fantastic with his knowledge of the island and was cool to hang with. Just do it…you won’t be sorry!!

Amazing and beautiful - Did our first trip to Catalina Island and had this tour with our driver name Chris , He is awesome and more than willing to take pictures. I highly recommend if you are going for the first time.

Awesome trip - Tour was awesome, we saw the island from many different viewpoints and our guide was great.he was very knowledgeable of the islands and history. Showed us all the great viewpoints.

Excellent, personalized tour of Avalon - First of all, I would like to give kudos to Sara, with whom I interacted via email several times. Sara helped me change the date and time of our tour to one that would work better for us. She arranged to have Mark, our guide, pick us up at our condo, rather than a meeting place in town. This accommodation was extremely appreciated! Sara was very kind and easy to work with. We were immediately impressed with Mark when we met him. His friendly manner and outgoing personality made him a perfect guide. Before our tour even began, he helped us learn the ins and outs of operating our golf cart, which we had never done before. Talk about personalized service! The tour was excellent and we came away with so much interesting and informative information. Using Mark‘s recommendations, we were all set up with restaurants, activities, and tours for the remainder of our trip. It was wonderful to have a local gives this tour! We will highly recommend Mark and Sara to our friends!

Chris gave a great tour.... - Chris gave a great tour. He was very knowledgeable about the island and very amiable to taking photos of our group at various stops. They provided a car seat for our son and even pulled into the shade during the various stops so he wasn’t hit by the sun while he was sleeping. If this is your first time on Catalina, I’d recommend considering this tour.

10 star service! - Our golf cart tour was perfect! Their manager made special accommodations to pick us up at our cottage since we have some walking disability in our family group. And our tour guide, Eric, was so much fun with all his knowledge of the island. He even dropped us off at the restaurant we wanted to go to for lunch when our tour was over. The next morning we couldn't find a taxi that would pick us up for our early ferry ride return. I called Avalon tours in a pinch praying they could help because we cannot walk that far with luggage. And they came through to help us and were so cheerful about it. There aren't many businesses with this quality of customer service. I wish I could give them 10 stars!
