SUP Fitness Class on Lady Bird Lake
Engage the core, lower/upper body, and improve your balance in this new, fun standup paddleboard fitness class on Lady Bird Lake led by our certified fitness instructor.
What You Will Do
- Score beautiful views of downtown Austin while getting in a fun and unique workout from Lady Bird Lake.
- Work your core and improve balance
- Experience an Austin water sports staple in a whole new way
Standup paddleboard, paddle, life vest and a certified fitness instructor. Paddling and safety instruction will be provided.
Recommended for active individuals ages 18 and up. Liability waiver and driver's license or passport is required for participation. No alcohol. Not recommended for individuals with severe mobility and health issues.
Participants should know how to swim if taking this class. Wearing comfortable activewear that can get wet. It is recommended participants not have any severe health or mobility issues for this class.
For a full refund, participants must submit cancellations with 24 hours notice. A full refund will be issued if the class is cancelled due to weather/Lake conditions.
