Good information. Presenter was somewhat unfamiliar with the slideshow material. However, she was knowledgeable on beekeeping and provided good information. Presentation ran 30 minutes over scheduled time.

Modern Bee Management is a complex subject. A three hour class is not much time to cover all the basics, but Dodie Stillman, the presenter, did an excellent job of it. The information was clear, organized, and well presented. I would consider this class a “must do” for anyone beginning in beekeeping. You can avoid a world of expensive and frustrating “trial and error learning” by starting with a solid, informative class taught by experienced beekeepers. Thanks to Master Beekeepers Dodie Stillman and Tanya Phillips for a job well done.
