Customers are expected to arrive at the shop 15 minutes prior to the tour’s departure time for a personalized bike fitting based on their size. The tour guide will then review safety guidelines and bike operation instructions. Each customer will be provided with a complimentary bottle of water. The tour will last for one and a half hours along the hike and bike trail, with stops at stunning locations for photo opportunities and to learn about Austin and its rich history. After the tour, customers will return to the shop to drop off the bikes. If arranged, a shuttle service will be available to take them back to their hotel.
