Owen was an outstanding tour guide. - Owen was the best tour guide ever. Knowledgeable, courteous, and upbeat. After I made and paid for today’s tour (last night), I received two conflicting emails regarding the tour pickup location I then called and Isaiah was unhelpful and rude. I calked this morning, but I again received conflicting pickup information. I ended up going to both venues, wherein I encountered Owen at the second venue. He said he would have gone to both venues to pick me up. You should be proud of Owen’s great work.

Awesome tour with Owen - I had the great pleasure of going on a tour with Owen around Austin today. I was the only one so it felt like a private tour. He took me around many great places such as the Capital Building, Mount Bonnel and many things in between. He provided great history and knowledge about Austin and Texas. I have used Tripshepard many times and they have provided a good experiences many times. I would recommened this to anyone who would like an express tour around Austin.

Outstanding overview of the city - Excellent experience. The State Capitol is a gorgeous building! The views from on top of Mount Bonnell were absolutely lovely. Owen is not only very knowledgeable about the area but also has a great breadth of history. He’s an excellent tour guide!

Great experience with out of town guests - Seeing the capital building and the rotunda sound effects was neat. Mike was a very knowledgeable and considerate guide. We appreciated his wealth of knowledge he shared in such an interesting and friendly way.

Plesant Surprise - We booked our tour last night. Local tour operator Tripshepherd confirmed with us on the pick up location minutes after the booking. We met up with our local guide Owen this morning. Owen was very knowledgeable, patient and detailed. We really enjoyed our tour from the State Capitol to Mozart's Coffee Roasters to Mayfield Park and Nature Preserve to Mt Bonnell. Highly recommend it!!

No call - No show! Embarrassing! - DO NOT BOOK! 10 quick points. 1.) Told us to meet at a place where the parking is expensive. 2.) No called / no showed us. 3.) Text communication in the app was ignored. 4.) They hung up on me when I called. 5.) Someone finally called and their remedy was a free tour on the day I was leaving or a refund. 6.) No consideration or compensation for a future tour somewhere else was offered. 7.) expensive parking not reimbursed. 8.) They think refunding me for a tour they didn’t deliver is sufficient enough to address the lost vacation time, mileage, and parking costs. 9.) stay away. 10.) RUN. Stay away!
