Austin and his dark past - Willy, our guide, knew perfectly well how to introduce us to the atmosphere of places haunted by ghosts. He told stories in an interesting and mysterious way, intertwining old times with paranormal experiences of contemporary people. I recommend

Super fun - Will was awesome. So much fun. Will knew his stuff and had lots of energy. Ran 2 hours instead of the 90 minutes on site.

Great tour! Worth it! - Will was a great storyteller. His vivid descriptions helped bring the stories to life, as did the photos he shared. He spoke almost non-stop for 2 hours. My adult family really enjoyed learning about some of Austin’s history this way. So glad we did it!

It was good… - We enjoyed our walking tour with William. Lots of interesting information and sights along the way. It was good enough that we might book a different tour with them.

Fun guide but ok tour - Stories of murders in the past esp serial killers. Disappointed to not go into more of the Driskol Hotel and not at all into the Paramont theater. The guide William was awesome.

Expected More - Maybe I had misunderstood the theme of the tour and having been on other ghost tours am guilty of comparing. First of the all, the guide was very nice and welcomed questions. Both myself and the person with me just expected it to be creepier. Except for the stop at the Paramount Theatre, which included an actual photograph of an apparition, we didn't come away convinced all the stops were even haunted. We just expected more than stories of people feeling a chill when entering a room. stories.

Not what was expected, should have been canceled - When we were told that we were going to be near the Gay Parade I didn’t think it was going to be that big of a deal until we got there and there was a violent protest that happened. If I knew we were be near protests that involved police and on the same street as the parade, I would have never went. You not only put your customers in danger but you also put your guide in danger.
I was informed there would be some changes to the tour but I did not know almost all of the tour would be different. Tyler did the best he could and he was very good at the portions he could give.
