Fun, quirky, easy and... - Fun, quirky, easy and totally enjoyable. Sharon and Danni were excellent, the group was an ideal size, commentary great and we didn't feel rushed. Beautiful weather, scenery and company, as well as a variety of wines. Loved our day out in the doubledecker.

Great tour - What a terrific experience. We had a small personal group that explored the island with a super knowledgable local Sharon, and an amazing French sommelier Marie. Would highly reccomend if youre looking for that mix of local legend and wine wizard.

Outstanding Day Trip with Uncorked Tours on Waiheke Island - We spent a truly memorable day exploring Waiheke Island with Uncorked Tours, and it was one of those perfect outings that ticks every box: stunning scenery, excellent wines, great company, and seamless organisation. The tour itself is a unique experience aboard a vintage double-decker bus — a fun, relaxed way to see the island's rolling vineyards and coastal views without worrying about driving. Our driver/guide Sharon was fantastic: friendly, knowledgeable, and full of local insights that made the journey feel personal rather than rushed. She kept everything running smoothly and added just the right amount of laid-back humour to the day. We were also lucky to have Marie as our onboard sommelier — her passion for wine shone through in every tasting. She guided us through the selections thoughtfully, sharing stories behind the wines The onboard tastings were generous and beautifully presented. The highlights for us were the visits to Batch Winery (with an amazing charcuterie board) and Mudbrick Vineyard, both with spectacular views - Mudbrick lived up to its reputation: sweeping vistas over the Hauraki Gulf, top-notch wines, and that sense of timeless elegance. Both stops felt special and unhurried, allowing plenty of time to enjoy the surroundings. Overall, Uncorked Tours delivered an outstanding blend of relaxation, scenery, and quality wine experiences. Sharon and Marie made it feel like we were touring with friends who really know their stuff. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a hassle-free, enjoyable day on Waiheke!! 5 stars — thanks for a brilliant day out. 🍷🏝️☀️

Such a fun time - I recently went on this trip with a group of friends and had such an amazing day! The bus was at Matiatia wharf to pick us up from the ferry, and we toured around Waiheke - the staff on board were very friendly and attentive and lots of fun. We stopped at The Batch for food which was delicious, as was the wine! The views from the bus were pretty awesome as it is quite high off the ground; overall it was such a fun experience- would highly recommend.

Perfection - Enjoying the magical views of Waiheke island from this retro double decker & sipping world class wine with friends was such a treat. The food was delicious and staff so experienced. The time allowance was perfect and it was great value for money. Everyone went above and beyond to create the perfect experience. Thank you

Unique, must do Tour! - What a bus! This is a one of a kind unique experience in a retro lounge type setting where it makes it easy to mingle with friends, family or collogues. Gorgeous views along the journey of Waiheke Island's pristine beaches and landscapes. My wine glass was never empty, filled with amazing local flavours professionally explained by our very own sommelier! Staff were attentive and the charcuterie boards were flavorsome and a perfect accompaniment with the wines offered. Highly recommend this small group, unique Tour.

Great day out on a beautiful island - A great day on an amazing vintage bus, we were welcomed on board & entertained throughout by the lovely Sharon, Danni and Marie the sommelierwho informatively introduced the very good wines & locally made drinks & food all provided with stunning views- a day highly recommended.

Good Way to get a Good Look Around - The tour was a good way to see Waiheke island and sample some of the local wines. The lunch was delicious and plentiful and the view gorgeous. Sharon and Marie were great; friendly and knowledgeable, it was a fun outing! The only criticism I have was the tour bus. Although it is eye catching and decked out nicely inside, it could use some shock absorbers! It was hard to sip our wine sometimes as the bus shook so much!
