Great view from the top of the tower. - This was very organized by the staff at the tower. It was amazing to see the town at this height. I recommend this place. We even got to see some daring individuals doing the jump from the top on a managed drop on cables.

Gorgeous sunset views - Our hotel was a block from the Sky Tower, but we didn't go up until our last night. It is a well organized operation. We purposefully waited until the end of the day so we could watch the sunset. I wish they would have let us stay a little longer to see the last moments of light but understand their timeline they have to stick to. We found the Cafe level offered the best view.

Excellent Experience! - Excellent experience in every way. Staff were all extremely polite, cheerful and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed a very good cappuccino watching candidates bungee jumping and walking around the outer rim !

Beautiful view - Love the view and service. You feel you are somewhere on the top and the staff was friendly and customer oriented. The process was easy and very organised to enter and start the tour.

Awesome - A place to visit in Auckland if you’re a tourist.Breathe taking views of the city from above.If you’re brave the jumping from the top of the tower is a must do.Don’t forget the photos for memories.

A Good Way for Visitors to Orient themselves - This is always a fun excursion for a short visit. It is nice to be able to get an overhead view of the city (and, as such, I recommend it for a visit on your first or second day in the city). Be sure to visit on a day when it's at least moderately clear and make sure you stay and watch someone take a sky jump off the deck (but don't call it a bungee jump unless you want to annoy the locals!)

Cracking city views - Very good 360 views from 3 observation decks in the heart of Auckland. Usual stuff of a pricey fake photo, overpriced drinks etc but if you forget all that and admire the views you’ll have a decent hour or so. If you are lucky you might catch some people doing the sky jump off of the side.

Not the wow factor I was expecting - The views are impressive, but the experience less so. The food and drink offerings up top are lacking, inappropriate music that spoiled the experience, too many people, and a long wait for the lift. Not the wow factor I was expecting.

Buyer Beware: High Cost Reduces Value - Excursion is overpriced when value received is the point. We enjoyed the vistas and relished the experience, but paying a substantial sum to ride in an elevator for views at high elevation may not be worth the cost. A lower price point would raise the rating. Before recommending this to a friend, cost/value would be the caveat. “Tourist Trap” is an apt description, which is driven home by aggressive marketing of gimmick photos at exorbitant fees.
