Absolutely amanzing, my 3 year old had an amazing time! - My 3 year old was able to do the 1, 2 &3 courses, albeit with some help from me & my husband. The course #3 she had a lot of help with an older girl, which was really nice of the girl. But overall happy parent that she had a great time & didnt cry at all!

Junior treetop-Fantastic Activity for kids - Took our 2 boys (6,4 yrs) to the junior course at My Tamborine and it was fantastic. The staff explained the harnessing, course and safety info really well to the kids. The lower course allowed them to understand the cable and harness and walkways which built their confidence to go up to the higher course. after 2 hours they didn't want to come down. Only comment/suggestion are maybe an outdoor Eco loo near the course so the kids /parents can use the toilet rather than heading all the way back to the Cafe. Also, if the Cafe can offer non plastic cup option for sit down coffees - there was a lot of one-off used cups at the Cafe.

Great for kids! - Kids loved the junior course, progressed from level one to level four and were engrossed for the whole 2 hours, despite it being 35 degrees!! The team that work there are super friendly and helpful too which made the whole experience great.

An excellent experience! - We recently took our children aged 3 and 5 on this course. It was excellent and great value for money. They were non stop for 2 hours. Kat and Jas were excellent hosts. They were both fantastic with the children and very encouraging. My 3 year old was very nervous to begin with but by the end had gained a lot of confidence! The children start on two low courses and when they're confident can move on to two higher courses. Our session only had about 12 children which was ideal as there was not much waiting time. This was such a worthwhile experience for our children. It not only wore them out but helped them develop resilience, confidence, and new skills. Highly recommend!

Poor experience - My son had done the Treetop challenge earlier in the year and we were excited to go back again, as my youngest was now old enough to attend. Unfortunately the experience this time was not optimal! On day 1 we arrive to find that we've booked the wrong course - the under 14s rather than the juniors course... we'd arrived at 9am and the next available was 2pm - this was a bit annoying, but totally our fault. I wasn't really a fan of the attitude of the staff member - there was no sympathy, no "Sorry that's happened" or anything like that, but that's fine I guess. We played a game of mini golf instead which was fun. Here's where the issue arose. While the rest of the family was paying for mini golf I went back to the desk and booked the following morning at 9am - gave my name, the staff member (same one) booked it in, right number of kids, all good. The next day when we arrived there was in fact no booking - for the second morning we had to tell the kids that there wouldn't be any treetop adventure that day. OK that was pretty annoying but I understand, mistakes happen. We were staying nearby and could swap some activities around to come back the next day (again) What really hammered the nail in was the attitude of the staff. There was no apology, and absolutely no admission of fault. It was very clear that they didn't believe me - their exact words when we discovered the booking wasn't made was "Well, you have a problem then". For some reason they were extremely defensive rather than acknowledging the error and trying to find a solution. All that I needed out of that experience was something like "I'm really sorry this has happened, tell me what approximate time you made the booking, we'll work out who would have entered it in the system and let them know so it doesn't happen again". It's a good activity and it's a real shame that the two staff I spoke to on this occasion were not trained in how to handle an issue/complaint.
