Malta Done Well - My tour with Gerald was fantastic. I'm a photographer and was keen to visit suitable places. He planned the trip perfectly and I got some amazing photos. At the same time Gerald gave me a great insight into Malta's history, good restaurants and other interesting tip bits. I would highly recommend Gerald to people looking for a day tour of Malta.

Very detailed tour - A well organized tour, with a very knowledge guide. Our guide was friendly and showed us amazing spots along the tour. The only thing I wish was that we were given an option on swimming spots so we can choice the village spot since the beach chosen was the best.

Excellent tour of Malta - I booked this tour with Chris, the owner, months ahead of our port stop in Malta. Chris was responsive with my requests and questions. His quote for a private tour for my group of 14 was reasonable. Before the tour, we finalized the payments and the list of towns we will visit.
On the day of the tour, our guide, Carmen, was at the terminal on time to greet us. She was great in explaining the history and description of each site we visited. She gave us ample time to explore each site. There was enough space for my group in the mini bus. If you want to save money and have a comfortable and excellent tour, I highly recommend My Dream Malta for your tour of this beautiful island.

We expected more…… - We were disappointed from the start. We had a reservation for 7 people and they brought a vehicle for 6 then argued that we had a reservation for 5. Took pictures of fishing boats, the highest point in Malta, saw Medina which was very interesting and NEVER REALLY got into Valleta to see some of the incredible churches. Our guide was very soft spoken and very hard to hear. We got no history information about Malta when we were driving between sites. It took exactly 4 hours.

UNPROFESSIONAL - I had booked a visit for January 01st, they reschedule it a few days before at 3pm on the only day I had no other scheduled visits. No one showed up at the time of the visit, they didn’t answer the phone or email and cancelled my visit at the time of the meeting. I find it unprofessional because I had no chance to plan another excursion to see what I was missing.

Avoid Malta Tours at all costs… - There was NO ONE at the designated pickup point. NO ONE answered the phone for a half hour before the tour and ten minutes after it was supposed to start. NO ONE answered our texts for quite some time thereafter. Then, when FINALLY -Margaret with Malta Tours- answered our texts, she tried to blame it on us, that we needed to answer emails sent the day before the tour. We’re on vacation; we not looking at email. We also had already answered those questions when we setup the tour - months ago. We were then told it was ‘Viator’s fault’ because Viator had not sent Malta Tours the needed information until an hour before the tour. I asked Malta Tours many times to make things right. However, eventually (after a lot of wasted time) we only received a refund and an offer on another tour later that day. However, a refund does little for us when we’re in the middle of an island -off the beaten path- for a limited amount of time, and a later tour did nothing for us too, because we had to get back to the ship. Malta Tours should, certainly, be avoided.

It's was not perfect trip. If we don't know what kind of place we're would like visit they are pick for us was very bad - So, firstly, thay changed pick point, so we go to their in 2 time longer. Secondly. Half excurs ion driver with guide spoke only in Malta's lan guage, it's was like 2 friends pick up us on th e road and keep speaking. Thirdly. When we booked we saw a lot off locations, but we visi ted just 3, because to the fourth we arrived o urselves., how they answered you just have h alf day excursion, and they proposed for us c omfortable places for their not for us. Probabl y that's enough, everything else is not import ant, but was much more negative thinks.

Scam. Do not book. - Scam, paid in advance, never showed up, and Whatsapp says wrong number. Tour office tried and couldn't get them. Do not book. Company is not legit.
