Nautical Excursions offers private Coastal Excursions, Sunset Cruises, Sunrise Cruise relaxing boat charters, and/or a day of swimming on Crystal Coast. Also, relax while cruising the Morehead City and/or Beaufort Waterfronts. The Coastal Excursions consist of 4 hours of fun on the water viewing dolphins, wild hours, exploring Cape Lookout for seashells and sand dollars, swimming, and relaxing. The Sunset Cruise is a very relaxing and quiet two hour cruise to enjoy the gorgeous sunset view of the Crystal Coast from the water.
Come enjoy the Crystal Coast by touring the islands, water fronts, swimming, tubing or watching the sunset.
- US Coast Guard approved life jackets available to all guests
- Fishing Charter Option: 16 yrs. old and above must have a NC Inland fishing license. All children under 13 years of age must wear US Coast Guard approved life jackets.
- Sunset Cruise Option: Available 7 days per week in season and weekends during the off season. Start and end time varies depending on the season.

Private exquisite sunset cruise - We had a terrific time with this personal Captain Dewayne who took us to see the wild horses and dig for sandollars. We found two whole ones! Then the sunset on the water was beautiful.

Relaxing sunset cruise - My family and I come to Emerald Isle every year. We have a 5 and 10 year old who love the outdoors and anything water related. We wanted to do something different on our annual summer vacation and stumbled upon Dwayne’s sunset cruises. We all had an amazing time and would highly recommend booking your next trip with Dwayne! We found lots of cool seashells and even partial sand dollars! He was so down to earth and easy to talk to. We felt like we were hanging out with an old friend! We wish the rating choices could be higher because we would definitely say 10/10!!! Looking forward to our next trip with Dwayne and may add some fishing in the mix next time! Everything was hassle free and relaxing! Do yourself a favor and book with Dwayne!

Fishing, Sun and Fun with Nautical Excursions!!! - This fishing charter was enjoyable from planning to finish. Capt. Eury's prior experience in the Coast Guard and years of boating experience were evident in the way he helped two of our inexperienced fishing attendees.
I would highly recommend booking a charter with Captain Dwayne if you're looking for a relaxed/fun experience!! We will be booking another charter in the future!!

Lovely cruise around the waterway - Great boat ride and tour. We had snacks, drinks and a great view of wild horses. Captains was knowledgeable of the area and made us feel at home

A treasured memory - What a fantastic day out on the water! Our family, with kids ranging from 8 to 17, had an absolute blast. From start to finish, it was pure fun and excitement for everyone.
The boat ride itself was exhilarating, cruising along and taking in the beautiful views and seeing wild horses. But the real highlight for our kids was the tube being pulled – the laughter and shouts of joy were constant as everyone took turns flying across the waves. Even better, there was plenty of time for collecting sand dollars and shells, swimming in the refreshing water, which was a welcome cool-down after all the action.
The guide was excellent, making sure everyone felt safe and had a great time. Dwayne was knowledgeable, very attentive, friendly, and really added to the positive atmosphere. If you're looking for an unforgettable day of water activities that caters to a wide range of ages, this is absolutely the one to choose. We got our money's worth and then some!

Perfect Birthday Sunset Cruise - My boyfriend and I did the sunset cruise for my birthday. We had an amazing time! We saw some wild horses, the weather was great, and so were the views! Dwayne was very nice, easy to talk to, his boat was very well maintained and provided some snacks as well which was a very nice touch! Definitely recommend!

Unforgettable sunset cruise in Beaufort - If you're looking for an unforgettable experience in Beaufort this is one to try. Dwayne is a great captain and his boat is clean and comfortable. It was the perfect way to cap off our trip and create great memories. We're already planning our next one!

Fantastic day on the boat with family - We did a full day on the boat for my niece’s graduation. It was the best time! Dwayne was so flexible and took us to sand dollar disk and where we found so many sand dollars and explored and had a great lunch. Then we pulled the kids on the float and rode around the intracoastal waterway for at least an hour or 90 minutes AFTER our agreed to time because Dwayne was so awesome.
Would absolutely do this again - it was so much fun and Dwayne was the best!

Baby’s First Boat Ride! - We had an amazing TWO excursions with Captain Dwayne. Unfortunately, it started raining about 30mins into our trip and we had to get off the boat in Morehead City. Captain Dwayne so kindly has his wife pick us up in her car and rescheduled us for a second trip later in the week. We had an amazing trip and got to see so many sights of the area. It was also my 1 year old’s first boat ride and Captain Dwayne made it special for us! Can’t wait to see him again next time we’re in the area!
