A Must Do Atlanta Experience - This tour provides a great overview of historical Atlanta. Our guide Henry, presented Atlanta’s history expertly covering the journey of slaves from Africa through the Civil War, emancipation, Jim Crow, and the Civil Rights Movement. Henry was very responsive to our interests and offered an interesting historical narrative, handling very difficult subject matter with the care it deserves. His warm, easy going personality added to our experience. I brought my teen grandchildren to learn about Atlanta’s story which is America’s story. The perspective Henry offered us was invaluable in our understanding of what shaped our nation today. Thank you Henry for an outstanding tour.

We went in knowing... - We went in knowing history, but this gives people a close up and personal local history. Henry did an excellent job explaining how world events led to slavery in the "new world" and its aftermath in this country.

Amazing experience - This was a wonderful history lesson wrapped up in a tour. We would never have found all these places or learned so much with out Henry. We highly recommend this tour. It was worth every penny!

Skewed history - We got to see some interesting sites, but I was very disappointed in Henry, our tour guide. His version of history was extremely skewed, and he said several things that were downright false. If you know or appreciate history, you would be better off visiting the individual sites on your own.

Awful Experience - No one picked us up. When i called the man giggled the entire time and told me they made a blunder and over-booked. They said they could only provide one seat for my party of 2. We came from Detroit to Atlanta and missed the experience. If i could give zero stars i would.
