Our host was awefu. She did not smile one time. When we escaped she did not congratulate us or offer to take a pic for us. She made us feel VERY unwelcome which made us feel extremely uncomfortable being there. We had a 12 person party so we spent a lot of money for our whole family to enjoy this experience together for the holidays but it was horrible. Also, one of the pieces we needed to unlock one of the chests was inside the chest so it also ruined the escape room for us. If I were our host I would have offered a free return as our whole escape room was ruined, and again we spent a lot of money. If there is a way for even some of us to get a free escape room that would rectify this and we will return, if not we unfortunately will have to tell our friends not to waist their money on this location.

We all had a great time and made it out of the Atlanta Room with 1:21 to spare (except for our 3 year old grandson, who apparently escaped the room much sooner than we did)! We look forward to doing this again.

The escape room did not flow well. Providing cards with clues would help to solve the puzzles. The escape guide was not very personable and became kind of rude or annoyed by the end of the game .

The guy at the desk seemed very sarcastic when we arrived basically telling us that 2 people didn’t have a chance. Also, on the mobile website there was nothing in the difficulty description. While we enjoyed the room, we didn’t enjoy the people outside the room.

We had family in town and wanted to do a last minute activity. The escape room was suggested by the teenagers and it was a great experience for us all.

The game was fun, but probably should have a minimum number of players. We were 4 and didn't get close to finishing the easiest puzzle. A little discouraging, but fun.
