The scope of what we got to see was really good. We also appreciated that you waited for us and took us to our parking. We all three agreed that it would have been nice to have the volume of the tour guide both turned down some and to have some breaks in the constant communication. If we had had a full bus, perhaps better to have the loud speaker. We felt we had no choice to be able to speak to one another because of the constant talking and high volume of the tour guide. A lot of the information that was given to us was unnecessary and very repetitive. The constant over-talking wore us out! Maybe give some occasional breaks in noise. Almost no need to point out things/people that are "way over there somewhere" and we cannot even see the building or the street. Hope this helps!
