Starting at 8:30 AM in a 4x4 Toyota, this full-day excursion offers an unforgettable experience through the breathtaking Lençóis Maranhenses region. The journey kicks off with a one-hour trek through picturesque landscapes, leading to the initial lagoons, including the stunning Lagoa do Gavião, where visitors can unwind and enjoy the pristine waters. The tour then proceeds to the open sea before visiting the delightful village of Canto do Atins, known for local eateries like those of Sr. Antônio, Sra. Luzia, and Carminha (Ponta do Mangue), where guests can indulge in freshly grilled shrimp, fish, carne de sol, and other local delicacies. Moving on to the village of Atins, participants will witness the magnificent mouth of the Rio Preguiças, where the river meets the ocean. The return journey includes stops at more awe-inspiring lagoons of the Lençóis Maranhenses, such as Lagoa das Sete Mulheres, Lagoa da Tropical, and Lagoa do Kaite. The tour wraps up around 4:00 PM in Atins, with a return to the city by 5:30 PM.
