Exactly as Advertised – Simple and Seamless - No thrills, no frills – and I mean that in the best possible way. The experience was exactly as described. The bus coordinator was excellent, the views were stunning, and the timing was spot on. Everything ran smoothly. I’d definitely recommend it.

Book this if you want to visit Poseidon’s Temple! - We booked this tour as we did some research into going to Poseidon’s temple and this was a good fit for our schedule besides catching the public busses. We had a good starting time in the afternoon and we were driven to Sounion and the guide along the way told us a few facts and interesting history on the ride there. We were also given audio guides which made the bus ride more enjoyable. We got dropped off at poseidons temple which we could enter by ourselves but we needed to pay the entrance fee. Conveniently, the time to go back was after sunset so we managed to see it. If we were to take the public bus we would have missed it. Overall good price and easy and convenient

Wonderful sunset trip - We had a wonderful time on this sunset tour! The temple of Poseidon is so beautiful and we had a fabulous tour guide - archaeologist Sotiris- he was very knowledgable about so many things, and even keenly explained the differences in architectures of different Greek periods. He indulged our 7 year old’s love for history and made this an unforgettable trip for her. Thanks to Sotiris we made some wonderful memories of our trip :)

Temple of Poseidon at Sunset - Great tour with an amazing guide, Vasilis was engaging and funny, which made a refreshing change. He ensured we were all present at the end and made a long journey bearable. The temple itself was stunning at sunset, the only downside is the very hefty prices for the tickets to enter and the onsite restaurant so make sure you bring your own snacks/drinks.

Sunset was amazing. We... - Sunset was amazing. We did not stop at Lake Vouliagmeni as advertised. The audio tour is pre-recorded and service was spotty. Overall a cost efficient way to get to Cape Sounion for the sunset.

Great trip and worth the drive over. Stopping to take a photo on route was a great idea but be quick. - This is a great trip and is worth doing. Wish they picked you up earlier as it would have been nice to have time to use the cafe on site. Had time to get a dink but that's all. Only issue we had was more information on the pickup location needed. The location given is used by alot of bus companies and we didn't know which one to look out for. We did think we would get a shout out or bus labeled. Was very lucky to ask a nearby bus company who our booking happened to be with. Otherwise we think we would have missed it as didn't think it was them as thought they were just a hop on hop off bus. For anyone reading this and looking it was grey line.

Recommend to do - Excellent experience. Recommend to do. We didn't realise there was a restaurant located at the site, which looked good. Would have booked to have dinner there before sunset if we would have known.

Basically transfer, nice place. - It's not really a tour, it's a transfer. The place is very nice and worth visiting. The views are very nice and as the sun impacts with the ruins of the temple make very nice postcards. Along the way you are handed an audio guide device which is very basic and works in a bad way, the information very very bad (in our Spanish case, it was a Peruvian girl who could be noticed reading a document and read very badly) and unrelated to the contracted tour, except for one last very brief part. The directions inside the bus are in English which can be a problem if you only understand Spanish. Thaos was our guide on the bus, very friendly and spoke Spanish. I think it is important in a tour to give historical context, in the end it is not only to go to see a sunset, it is the sunset at the temple of possessedon in Cape Sounion. We search on our own in Google. The transfer and stay time is a little extensive just for a few photos at the top, if it is a tour you should have something else and take advantage of the time, even if it was necessary to charge a couple of euros more per person. I think it would be good to rent a car and take advantage of the day at the beaches on the way, there are many and very nice where I would like to stop to cool off. We didn't see the bus option so I don't know the cost, feasibility and schedules but there must be. Conclusion: It's not just any sunset, I recommend going. See the option of going on your own and optimizing the times, looking for a more complete tour or consider this tour as a simple transfer (which takes care away). I hope it's helpful. No Wifi on the bus and no audio guide. - There was no Wifi on the bus and we had been promised an audio guide which was not available. We could barely hear the guide on the bus.

Angry and Distraught - Your people on the ground pushed towards the bus and said it was the right bus...It wasn't. I totally missed out on a tour of a lifetime. I won't be back that way and because of that guy I will never see the amazing Temple of Poseidon. I am angry and distraught.
