You’ll eat a ton on this... - You’ll eat a ton on this tour, so don’t eat before you go! We tried many different food-from olives, honey, meats and cheeses to calamari, chicken dishes and Greek drinks. Sophia was a great guide and explained a lot about Greek culture as well as the food. Had fun meeting new people and seeing the Greek food markets. Would recommend!

Great experience! - Great experience and very accommodating. I worried that it would be a sales pitch at every location, but it wasn't at all. Really enjoyed my guide and the things we tried!

So good we did it twice! - My husband and I had done this foodie tour in June 2025 and loved it do much that we did it again this October but with 6 of our friends. Voula was an excellent guide and the whole experience was wonderful. Much appreciated the flexibility in that I had asked that the "big" meze be moved to more in the middle of the tour so we could enjoy the vast assortment of foods! Highly recommend this tour!

Excellent Tour Host & Experience - Very knowledgeable, accommodating with an excellent sense of humour. Wherever we went, all the locals knew her. We have done a number of food tours in Europe and Asia, and Rachel, our host, was one of the best we've had.

Come hungry - We had a really great tour with our guide Mike. We started at a pastry shop and then kept on sampling food, olives and olive oil, sausages, honey, chicken stew, fritters, wine then visits to the fish market, meat market, fruit and vegetable market and finally a sit down lunch. We could not finish all the food and learned a lot about how the Greeks. Do not have breakfast before this tour.

Good tour - Good food tour, could have done without the smelly fish market or the butcher at the meat market…. Love both, don’t care to see the “behind the scenes”. The food provided by the small shops (best part). Wonderful stops at some authentic small family owned shops. If you want an authentic experience from a native Athenian, this tour is for you!
