Satisfied despite an anomaly - I bought Turbopass for Athens and used it for transport, the Acropolis, the Hop on Hop off bus, Acropolis museum and the Automobile museum. I decided to give 5 stars because I am confident that they will go to fix a couple of anomalies found. After my stay I pointed out these inefficiencies and was reimbursed for having to pay for admission to the Acropolis due to the failure to issue two pdf tickets. Otherwise very convenient at a price, at least for Athens, advantageous.

Really practical for Athens - We were in Athens at the beginning of July and had the Turbopass – was fully worth it. Acropolis went in super fast, not a long line. Other sights such as Agora or the Acropolis Museum were also easy with it. The hop-on hop-off bus was worth real gold in the heat, even went to the port with it. Important: You have to read everything carefully beforehand and plan it a bit, otherwise it will be complicated. But when you do that, it's relaxed and you save yourself a lot of stress. Had a question once – Ann from support was mega helpful and super fast, thank you again for that! Would book again!

Great Way to Explore Athens - The Athens City Pass made our trip so much easier. Major attractions like the Acropolis and the hop-on hop-off bus were included, and having everything digital was super convenient. Just be sure to read the instructions carefully — some popular sites require advance reservations. With a bit of planning, everything went smoothly. Great customer support too! We’d definitely use it again.

Making City Trips Easy - The All Inclusive Pass made our city trip so much more relaxed! Of course, we had already thought about what we wanted to see beforehand and were therefore able to relax and decide when we wanted to go where. Some attractions should definitely be booked in advance, otherwise you have real problems getting in, but if you spread the booked things out over the days, you don't have any stress and can take an incredible experience. We have booked a City Pass with this provider before and would do it again at any time!

Super practical – but please read well beforehand! - I was in Athens with my girlfriend and we used the City Pass – definitely worth it! Acropolis & Co. were easy to access, and the hop-on hop-off bus was great for first glance. Important: Read the pass carefully beforehand and book the top attractions in advance. Not everything works spontaneously – we noticed firsthand. Big praise to the support: We were helped really quickly when we didn't know what to do. A huge thank you to Ann Christin, she was super friendly and made everything easy for us. 🙌 Conclusion: With a bit of preparation really great – we would definitely do it again!

Athens trip - We really enjoyed our trip to Athens and visited some attractions. Although we found it a pity that the Archaeological Site is not included, we could easily purchase tickets for this on site.

Don't buy if you're disabled as a lot of the sites are free entry for disabled people - I bought the turbopass thinking it was good value for money. However as my mum is disabled we couldn't access a lot of the acropolis site like slopes and had to cut out time there short due to rain. Then with the hop on /off tour the stop for the Rivera tour was changed last minute meaning we missed the 12:20 depart the day. So I ended up paying another €27 euro for a taxi to get to kavouri beach as other public transport wasn't accessible. Also if you're a disabled person then you can get free entry into the acropolis and museums. In the end if I'd known about free admission as a disabled person I would have only needed to pay for the hop on/off bus so I'd have only ended up paying about £255 in total in comparison to the £390 I paid for a 5 day pass for two people. Personally for our family it wasn't worth it - if you're abled bodied then yes it's probably more worth it but I wouldn't choose to buy it again.

Poor value, poor customer service.. JUST DONT BUY - Poor range of included attractions, only the Acropolis and Acropolis museum are worth anything. The hop on hop off bus is great but easy enough and cheaper to purchase at stops. Bought the add on 5 day travel option which was unusable, tried to get support but was ignored... The pass is complicated to use and poor value. We travel extensively and have used city passes all around Europe, this one is the only one to disappoint and frustrate. DONT BUY THIS PASS

Very unhappy - We used Viator for several of our activities in Rome and Athens. It is not user friendly. Not at all. Instead of having your ticket in the app after purchasing, you actually receive an additional email letting you know you have to go somewhere else to validate your ticket. They do not make it easy to do this. It’s very confusing to find the meeting spot and it’s not marked. One time it was just a man standing outside a restaurant. Regarding my Athens experience, I did not thoroughly read the email that was sent after I purchased the ticket. Apparently I had to choose a time to go to Acropolis /the Parthenon. I didn’t do that and so the time was assigned to me early in the morning. We did not get off our cruise until that time and there was no way to make our appointment. Viator was not very accommodating and wouldn’t work with me. I end up having to buy another ticket on site. very frustrating. I will not be using Viator for of my trips going forward.
