Yummy food, beautiful views!! - We had a great time at this cooking class! Our instructors were very personable and the food was delicious. Everything was well set up and the prep area was clean and welcoming. The instructors also ensured our prep space was kept clean through the class. We jumped right into the cooking when we arrived and we made a lot of great food including tzatziki, a Greek salad, tyropita (cheese pies), dolmades, pastitsio, and baklava. My favourite part was learning the technique to roll the phyllo dough very thin for the tyropita! There were many options to personalize the food to our tastes with options to remove olives for example, if we didn’t want them and we spiced everything to our own tastes. After we were finished cooking, we ate in the dining room and had opportunities to marvel at the acropolis from the balcony around sunset with some wine. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a fun time and for those new to cooking!

Eat great, learn skills. - Make sure you are hungry when you arrive! You will make 5 dishes plus a sauce/dip. Making phyllo from scratch was a real highlight, and not nearly as challenging as I feared. Everything was delicious. Accommodations were made for allergies and dietary preferences. We really enjoyed talking with our classmates over the food we made and some Greek wine. Some of our table mates were already planning a "Greek Night" dinner party when they get home.

Best meal ever! - Must do!! My friend and I got to cook with Artemis, who was so kind and friendly — she did such a great job having everything prepared for us upon our arrival and was really good at explaining both the instructions for the recipes and answers to any questions we had. It was also a good balance of participating and sitting back — so it wasn’t overwhelming at all. Lastly, their communication was incredible. Our ferry had run behind and we were going to be late. They were super responsive to my messages and reassured me it was ok, which was such a relief. We’re so happy we decided to do this!

Not a great experience. V - While good instruction and food prep, the faculty wasn’t very nice. Very hot, I asked about the air conditioning and the head person thought it was cool. Everyone was sweating and it was very uncomfortable. Need to invest in some A/C. Building wasn’t well market. No regernces in the description or elevator as to which floor they were on. View on the Acropolis? On my of you were walking you hands in the kitchen sink did you get any view. Not a good description. Facility needs a real update or needs to be moved. This is not recommended b
