Awe inspiring country - I had an awesome 5 day trip organized by Bouh with some of the greatest attractions this planet has to offer: Eye of the Sahara, Chinguetti and its dunes, riding the iron ore train, the fishermen in Nouakchott and a highlight hardly known to anyone Ben Amira the second largest monolith of the world after Uluru in Australia. Truly wonderful safe country but only really feasible with a great guide and a super reliable driver. I had both thanks to Bouh. Esyedhoum the driver was absolutely fantastic and Mohamed and Bouh were wonderful guides. I can highly recommend Tour in Mauretania and the country itself.

Unforgettable tour with Bouh! - Bouh is a great guide who knows his country like the back of his pocket. He managed to arrange an extraordinary itinerary, including 2 nights in a Bedouin community where I was able to witness a camel race and traditional games, time with the Imraguen fishermen in Iwik and camels in the Azoueiga dunes, just to mention a few. He managed to make the trip as comfortable as possible, was always on time, fully reliable and helpful. I would recommend Bouh without a doubt in my mind.

10 days in Mauritania - I spent 10 days exploring Mauritania with Bouh on a more than 3000 km long trip going from Oualata to Ouadane, Tidjikja, Terjit, Chinguetti and the highest dunes of Azuega, and it was absolutely fantastic ! Bouh made me experience the real soul of Mauritania by showing me the most authentic places of his beautiful country and welcoming me at his friends and his own house to celebrate Iftar during the trip. Unforgettable trip to Mauritania - We had an unforgettable 8 day trip to Mauritania organized and guided by Bouh, the owner of Tour in Mauritania. From our initial outreach on WhatsApp, Bouh was incredibly responsive and extremely knowledgeable which enabled him to put together a terrific itinerary. We saw everything we had hoped to, and more! Despite the ground we covered, the trip never felt rushed. There are 3 things that set Tours in Mauritania apart. 1. Deep knowledge of Mauritania, and a passion to enable visitors to experience this wonderful country. Bouh seems to know everyone which makes travel much easier, and gives you an opportunity to speak with locals and experience the warm Mauritanian generosity and kindness first hand. Strong planning and management of logistics: Bouh organized our trip flawlessly. This was particularly evident during our ride on the Iron ore train which could have gone wrong in so many ways, but instead was a highlight of the trip. Our driver, Teyebe was exceptional! Much of the time is spent driving across the desert and I was in awe of his skill. Not only that, he is a skilled mechanic and managed to fix the AC when it stopped working- thank you Teyebe! 3. Caring focus on client needs: Bouh is very thoughtful and observant. He bent over backwards to make sure that we were having a good time, as well as ensuring that we saw the best of Mauritania. This even extended to having his family cook a meal for us. The chicken his sister prepared for us- Poulet a la Fatima- was delicious, and the single best meal we had during the trip. Thank you Fatima! Bouh speaks excellent English and is a clear communicator. Our trip was very fairly priced, and offered excellent value for money. Mauritania does not have a very developed tourism sector, and visitors have an opportunity to experience the country in a more authentic way. The visa on arrival process is easy and efficient. Accommodation is basic, but clean and comfortable. We were delighted to find that all of the auberges we stayed in had hot water. The nights spent camping are well organized, and delightful.
