Vienna’s House of Strauss is a must visit experience to know Vienna’s essence. - In Vienna and many world capitals there are golden statues of Johann Strauss II, the waltz king, but my visit last night to the House of Strauss in Vienna brought the statues and music to life for me, my family and the wildly enthusiastic international audience in the intimate live concert and accompanying high tech exhibits. It’s fair to say if you haven’t been to the House of Strauss, you surely haven’t experienced Vienna’s essence.

Good Viennese night out for a tourist. - Superb chamber orchestra. Very interesting venue. Go 2 hours early if you want to eat and take time in the museum. The restaurant was excellent but pricey.
