DAY 1: MARRAKECH - BOUMALNE DADES (6:00h journey)
Ait Ben Haddou - The adventure begins bright and early. Departure from Marrakech is at 07:00, heading towards the Kasbah, Ait Ben Haddou via the Tizi N’tichka pass and the Atlas Mountains. There will be several stops along the route. The first stop is at La Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World…
DAY 1: MARRAKECH - BOUMALNE DADES (6:00h journey)
Ait Ben Haddou - The adventure begins bright and early. Departure from Marrakech is at 07:00, heading towards the Kasbah, Ait Ben Haddou via the Tizi N’tichka pass and the Atlas Mountains. There will be several stops along the route. The first stop is at La Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site, renowned for being a backdrop in numerous Hollywood films.
Ouarzazate - The journey continues to Ouarzazate, where the Kasbah of Taourirte awaits. Later, the route leads to Boumalne Dades through the Valley of the Roses. The day concludes at a hotel nestled in the Dades Valley.
DAY 2: BOUMALNE DADES - MERZOUGA (4:00h journey)
Gargantas del Todra - After enjoying breakfast at the hotel in the Dades Valley, the journey proceeds along the road of 1000 Kasbahs through the Tighir oasis. A turn onto a secondary road follows the river to reach the Todgha gorges. There will be free time to marvel at the towering cliffs and enjoy lunch at a local café without any rush.
Merzouga - The journey continues towards Merzouga through a rocky desert landscape. Upon reaching the edge of the Erg Chebbi dunes, a camel caravan awaits to guide through the sand dunes, which transform colors with the sunset against the horizon. Just before nightfall, arrival at the Sahara desert camp is expected. After taking in the sand dunes and surrounding vistas, a delightful Moroccan dinner will be served under the stars by the campfire. In the evening, local nomadic hosts will entertain with drum performances.
DAY 3: MERZOUGA - MARRAKECH (9:00h journey)
Marrakech - An early rise is planned to enjoy breakfast and witness the sunrise, followed by meeting the driver for the return journey to Ouarzazate. After some leisure time for lunch, the afternoon journey continues through the High Atlas mountains back to Marrakech.
