We had an unforgettable expérience - We had an unforgettable experience on this 3 days tour from the very start, Mouhamed our guide was punctual and super friendly, picking us up right on time in front of our hotel at Jemaa el-Fna. The vehicle was clean and air-conditioned (much appreciated with 37 °C in Marrakech!). The drive over the Tizi n’Tichka pass was stunning, with panoramic views of the High Atlas at Ksar Aït Ben Haddou, a local guide led the visit and gave us a fascinating explanation of the site’s history and Mouhamed coordinated everything smoothly. We then continued to Ouarzazate, Kelaat M’Gouna where we discovered rose-based products at a women’s cooperative , and Boumalne Dades, whose landscapes we loved especially the famous “Monkey Fingers” rock formations. Our hotel in Aït Sedrate was clean, comfortable, and offered good service. The next day, we headed for the Merzouga desert and arrived at the perfect time we enjoyed a camel ride to the camp in the middle of the dunes, with a warm welcome and magical lights. We went sandboarding (thank you, Mouhamed, for the tips!) and then spent a Berber evening under a starry sky great music, atmosphere, delicious food, and an excellent team. an authentic, refreshing experience that we highly recommend. Thank you, Mouhamed, for your professionalism and kindness throughout the trip! Best trip forever loved it! - uperb discovery of the Atlas and the Erg Chebbi desert. We recommend. Special mention to our driver and guide, Farid, who was super available during these three days and who drove us safely. We took the “luxury” option (camping with sanitary facilities in the tents, dinner and breakfast in the desert and especially an hour-long camel ride to sunset and camp). Several excursions and meals marked these three days. Superb tour of Todhra Gorge with Kamal. But top excursion in general. Made with 2 teenagers!

Adventure of a lifetime - Amazing experience from the very beginning. Our driver, Hassan, provided the best services, going the extra mile to make sure that we didn’t get just nice pictures along the way, but an amazing and reliable ride. We did an amazing visit to Ait Ben Haddou with the local guide that took us in a trip back to the 17th century, visited the nomad gouges and berber villages were we learn about the tradition of tapestry making, but the highlight of the trip was obviously the desert. Words cannot describe the experience that my mom and I had, from the moment that we arrive until the time that we left (probably until the rest of our lives) we will remember the beautiful sunset, the most delicious tajin, the music under the stars and the camel ride. Definitely recommend this to however wants to enjoy Morocco to the fullest with the best company

Fantastic experience (except the hotel) - Overall had a nice trip. Visited beautiful things on day 1, but when we arrived at our hotel we were very disappointed. The description says that you are sleeping in a 4 star hotel, but this is far from the truth. For €100 we didn't expect a luxury hotel, but this was really degrading. The hotel room was really filthy. There was so much dust on the ceiling that I suspect there had been no dust for a year and the bathroom was really dirty (old soap residue on the walls/door, dirty toilet seat, wet toilet roll, dirty sink and mirror full of splashes). At dinner we were told that there was no room left in the restaurant (if you can call it that at all), so we were put down on the cold corridor just the two of us. During dinner I saw something walking along my feet and you guessed it; it was a mouse. When I mentioned this to an employee he didn't seem to care and laughed it off.... The next day arrived at the Sahara and this was beautiful to see. The camels were not treated very well, but this was also known to us beforehand. The tent camp was clean and good for each other, but not in the middle of the Sahara as they make it look in the photos. We were asked if we wanted to ride the camels back the next morning (free) or drive the jeep in the Sahare and sanboard to watch the sunrise (€15). The jeep ride was short and only 1 sandboard was taken which we had to share with +/- 10 men. In my opinion, this extra activity should have cost €5 for what we got for it. The third day was mainly a long drive back towards Marrakech. At days 1 and 2, a little more stops were made, with a guide every day to tell you about the culture and surroundings.

Nice trip but the driver and the guide in merzouga are big scammers - They will try to scam you whenever they get the chance, don’t buy the scarfs in ouarzazate you’ll pay double the price wait till you get to marzouga and it’s gonna be way cheaper and lunches are overpriced so try to negotiate or find something in the near ( in ouarzazat they took us to a restaurant and it cost 130dh per person and next to it is a restaurant where we ate and had two drinks for 70dh for 2 persons (35dh per person)and it was delicious and clean)And the driver (Hamid) was rude because we didn’t give him the chance to scam

Avoid this tour operator at all costs - Had a terrible experience with this tour operator. Hotel and tents were not booked properly and we had issues with getting a room. The company was unreachable for most of the trip, with nobody answering the phone. Our driver (who doubled as a guide) was extremely rude and disrespectful. When we encountered booking issues, he said "it's not his problem" and walked away, leaving us to talk to the hotel manager and later on, staff at the camp to resolve any issues ourselves. The driver was very tense the whole trip, hurrying people at each stop to finish our break and get to the next step on the journey. While some of the places visited were beautiful, we were not able to enjoy them as much because the company and the guide seemed to do everything they could to ruin the experience. Would highly recommend finding another operator.
