Royal Cleopatra and Abu Simbel Cruise - Journey through the secrets of ancient Egypt lulled by the waves of the Nile. The Dahabeya experience was magical. Four days in which everything was perfect: the welcome, the food, the rooms and all the spaces of the boat, always very nice and elegant. There is no better way to discover the temples and tombs of the past. Everything is perfectly organized, you just have to let it guide you. Special thanks to our guide who made the cruise unique and allowed us to get to know the Egyptian people a little better: Moaz, a fantastic person, very prepared, not intrusive and always ready to help us!

Great experience and anazing guide - highly recommend! - My friends and I were in Aswan, Abu Simbel and Luxor with Memphis Tours, and absolutely loved it! The sites and all the history was so fascinating, and our experience was made infinitely better by our guide Mohamed Emam - his knowledge of the Egyptian history, the way he delivered all the information (you can tell hes a true enthusiast!), his planning of our itinerary to make sure that we beat the crowds but also avoided the hottest time of the day made all the difference. We were also told by various other guides how lucky we were to have him as our guide! We highly recommend Mohamed and feel so lucky that he was our guide - do ask for him if you ever book a tour in Aswan / Luxor!

Top-rated guides in Egypt! The best experience - We were with my family on a Memphis Tours cruise from Luxor to Aswan, the Guide had been highly recommended by friends and that was the best hit! Yehia Juan El Gizawy was a wonderful Guide, he tells the story with a lot of passion and has a lot of knowledge! We went with my young daughter and he made her feel like the Queen of the Nile, and he made her thrilling story! Highly recommended the tour and highly recommended to ask that it be Yehia who does the tour! In the cairo we also traveled with Memphis and Ahmed Kassab was excellent, showed us the city was always watching us made all the necessary adjustments! 10 out of 10 to be two wonderful people!

Luxor-Awan - Since we arrived in Cairo we had excellent attention from the whole team. We did the cruise from Luxor to Aswan, all very organized stops, excellent service. Our guide John (Yehia El Gizaey) helped us in everything, excellent stories in all the temples. Overall, wonderful vacation!

Absolutely not recommended - Booked cruise from Luxor to Aswan on the Internet through the site cruisesulnilo.com. We found out once we arrived that it is a brokerage agency that prepares, depending on the arrival and departure time of the flight of each individual customer, a personalized program of visits managed by Memphis.All good in the booking phase but terrible in practice. We were greeted by a Memphis operator who simply accompanied us on the boat and collected the balance but was completely unaware that in the afternoon the program included a visit to the Temple of Luxor which so jumped. The next morning the guides who spoke fluent Italian showed up but, although friendly and helpful, they were devoid of an actual cultural training and, above all, they were not Memphis employees but simple escorts hired by day and completely unaware of the program of visits provided for each individual customer for the simple fact that Menphis (or cruisesulnilo.com) had not provided it to them. As a result, skipped excursions or even forgotten tourists on the ship with guides left in disarray to face the complaints of tourists without the support of the presence of a Memphis operator that we had the pleasure of seeing again only on the day of departure. The ship (Hapi V) was dignified but modest with dated and resigned furnishings, certainly not five stars as cruisesulnilo.com had peddled (sending truthful photos but from which frankly the real conditions we had not perceived) and similar, even for the food service, to the ferries of linea.Internet for a fee (moreover often not working) as well as natural water during meals.Acceptable cabins but nothing more. In essence, an organization that is questionable to say the least with guides forced to do even the work not within their competence and probably remunerated more by tips from customers than by the compensation paid to them by Memphis.
