Nice experience - We had a wonderful trip from Aswan to Kom Ombo and Edfu, and the experience was truly made special by our guide, Walid. He is an excellent and very knowledgeable guide who shared fascinating information, historical facts, and insights in an engaging and easy-to-follow way. We also enjoyed the great conversations we had along the way, which made the long drive feel pleasant and interesting. The trip started perfectly on time, with Walid waiting for us at the hotel lobby, and everything was well organized. The driver was careful and professional, bringing us safely from Aswan to Luxor. I highly recommend this trip, especially because of Walid’s outstanding guiding.

Smooth, well-organized Aswan to Luxor trip with excellent guides - I took a day trip from Aswan to Luxor via Edfu Temple and Kom Ombo Temple, and the entire experience was beautifully organized.
The driver arrived right on time for pickup and ensured proper, hassle-free drops at each location. At both temples, we were met by knowledgeable local guides who gave very detailed and engaging tours.
Special mention to Hussein at Edfu Temple — he was extremely welcoming and even gave us a small fridge magnet, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. It was genuinely heartwarming to meet such friendly guides.
Finally, our driver dropped us at our hotel in Luxor. The journey was smooth, the car was clean and comfortable, and everything went as planned.
Overall, a very well-managed trip with great service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

We opted for the guide option, and the guides at both Edfu and Kom Ombo were very good, knowledgeable, and easy to understand, which really enhanced the visits.
The ride itself was clean, comfortable, and very smooth. Our driver was excellent, very professional, helpful, and genuinely nice, which made the long drive enjoyable and stress-free.
A special mention to the Nice Tours team for their great organization and communication in advance. Romany from the team was especially helpful. He stayed in touch on a timely basis, assisted us with our luggage, got us coffee and water along the way, and even helped us exchange cash during the journey. These small but thoughtful touches made a big difference.
Overall, this was a very well-run and comfortable way to travel from Aswan to Luxor by road. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to combine sightseeing at Edfu and Kom Ombo with a smooth transfer between the two cities.

Wonderful trip - The Nice Tours group did a really great job of organizing our private tour from Aswan to Luxor.
The driver Mustafa (sorry if that's not correct) picked us up promptly and was an excellent driver. We had a little misunderstanding due to language at our drop off in Luxor and had to take another car, but everything worked out fine in the end. The car was clean, very comfortable and the a/c was very welcome.
Our guide at Kom Ombo, Mohamed did a great job and had a good sense of humour.
Our guide at Edfu however was even better. Abdul Zanen (sorry if i misspelled your name) was terrific. From a family of archeologists, he was a mine of great information and really made our visit extra special.
Fibally a big shout out to Nice Tours for putting together a great trip for us - once again. I highly recommend them.

The Kom Ombo and Edfu... - The Kom Ombo and Edfu temple were beautiful, full of history.. a must visit however the guides provided at each site were not interesting and didnt provide much information about the sites.
The guides were on phone most of the time and hardly in 10 mins the brief was completed not providing details on the monuments.
The best part of the trip was our driver Mohhamed who ensured the transit is smooth, comfortable and enjoyable

A functional tour worth the price - A functional tour with transfer from Aswan to Luxor. On site the tour guide is a bit rushed but with time for pictures. The guided tours could be improved by offering more detailed info

Tour guide was keep... - The tour guide kept asking us to write a review. From the moment we met him he kept pushing us to write a review right there; we didn’t appreciate that. His explanations weren’t very clear. But our driver was very good.

Always begging for tips. - Driver picked us up at our hotel and drove us to Luxor. Stopped at Kom Ombo and Edfu. Guides were arranged at both temples.
Then dropped us off at our hotel in Luxor.
This would be a 5 star review but the driver followed us into our hotel at Luxor begging us for tips.
I told him I had already paid £7000 Egyptian pounds for the trip which I thought was quite fair compensation. But he would hear it and kept walking into the hotel.
I ignored him and eventually he left. Quite unprofessional.

Poor, rushed "tour" - The driver was 20 minutes late to pick me up.
It was supposed to be a private tour, but the guiding at the two sites was shared with others, who I had to wait to arrive.
The guide at Kom Ombo was awful; Edfu was better. But each site only had 15 minutes with the guide, a little time alone to explore before being driven on.
Overall it was very rushed and difficult to properly enjoy the sites; just a private driver would have been better to explore at my own pace.
