Aswan

Aswan - Upon arrival in Aswan, meet the local tour representative to begin the tour by visiting the High Dam, completed in 1960 to protect Egypt from flooding and to generate electricity.

Aswan - Visit the renowned temple of the Goddess Isis, known for magic and love. It is situated on an island, so a motorboat ride is required to reach and enjoy the visit.

Edfu & Kom Ombo

Aswan Market - At approximately 4:30, the driver will pick you up for the Abu Simbel trip, arriving around 8 a.m. to explore one of Egypt’s most remarkable sites: the rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel, uniquely designed for King Ramses II and his beloved Queen Nefertari. Return to the cruise for lunch and sail towards Kom Ombo City, continuing to Edfu for an overnight stay.

Kom Ombo - Arrive at Kom Ombo City to visit the dual temple dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god. Return to the cruise and continue sailing to Edfu for an overnight stay.

Edfu - Enjoy a horse carriage ride with the tour guide to visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu, considered the most complete and best-preserved of all Egyptian temples. Return to the cruise and relax on deck, taking in the unique landscape and admiring the beautiful scenery of the Nile River while sailing to Luxor, crossing the Esna lock. Lunch on board with afternoon tea on the sundeck.

Luxor

Luxor - Late in the afternoon, arrive at the cruise dock to be transferred to enjoy Luxor Temple on the East Bank of Luxor, where ancient Egyptian, Christian, and Islamic features are displayed. Dinner on board followed by a belly dancing show.

Luxor - Visit the Temple of Karnak, the largest temple in the world, where you will see the Avenue of the Sphinxes of King Ramses II, the largest hypostyle hall in the world with 134 columns, the obelisks, and the largest lake of ancient Egypt.

Luxor - After breakfast, visit the ancient Theban necropolis on the West Bank of Luxor to see the Valley of the Kings, where more than 60 Egyptian pharaohs have their resting places carved out of the mountain cliffs. Visit the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon, the only remnants of the funerary temple of Amenophis III.
