Arrival in Aswan

Aswan - A licensed tour guide will warmly welcome and assist guests at Aswan Airport, railway station, or hotel, ensuring a smooth transfer by air-conditioned van to a luxurious 5-star Nile Cruise for check-in before lunch. Enjoy a delightful lunch on board.

Aswan High Dam - Begin the tour with a visit to the High Dam, completed in 1960 to safeguard Egypt from flooding and to generate electricity.

Temple of Philae - Continue the journey to the Graeco-Roman Temple dedicated to the goddess Isis, accessible by a small motorboat. Later, return to the cruise for dinner, a folkloric show, and an overnight stay.

Abu Simbel Temples & Navigation to Kom Ombo Temple

Abu Simbel Temple Complex - At approximately 4:30 am, the guide will escort guests on a trip to Abu Simbel (in a small group). Arrive around 8 am to explore the awe-inspiring rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel, uniquely designed for King Ramesses II and his beloved Queen Nefertari. Return to the cruise by noon for lunch and sail towards Kom Ombo city.

Temple of Kom Ombo - Upon arrival in Kom Ombo city, visit the dual temple dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god. Return to the cruise for dinner and continue sailing to Edfu for an overnight stay.

Edfu Temple & Arrival in Luxor (Visit Luxor Temple)

Temple of Horus - After breakfast, enjoy a horse carriage ride with the tour guide to visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu, renowned as the most complete and best-preserved of all Egyptian temples. Return to the cruise and relax on deck, taking in the unique landscape and the stunning scenery of the Nile River while sailing to Luxor. Cross Esna Lock and have lunch on board, followed by afternoon tea on the sundeck.

Luxor Temple - Late in the afternoon, arrive at the cruise dock and transfer to explore Luxor Temple on the East Bank of Luxor, showcasing ancient Egyptian, Christian, and Islamic features. Enjoy dinner on board and a belly dancing show. Overnight in Luxor. Note: If arrival at Luxor dock is by 3:00 or 3:30 pm, there is an opportunity to visit both Karnak and Luxor Temples.

Balloon Ride, Luxor Tour & Departure Transfer

Colossi of Memnon - Begin around 5:00 am with a pick-up for an extraordinary 30 to 45-minute hot air balloon flight over the West Bank of Luxor, offering a breathtaking aerial view of the country’s landscape and iconic landmarks.

Valley of the Kings - After breakfast and check-out, embark on an unforgettable day by driving to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, where New Kingdom pharaohs carved their tombs into the mountains to conceal their treasures and protect their mummies.

Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - Proceed to the Mortuary Temple of the renowned Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari, exploring her magnificent temple and intriguing story with her nephew. Conclude the West Bank tour with a photo stop at the colossal statues of Memnon. Lunch at a local restaurant is optional.

Temple of Karnak - Return to the East Bank to visit the grand Karnak Temple, constructed over 2000 years and covering approximately 63 acres. Capture memorable photos among its massive pillars and obelisks. Finally, transfer to a Luxor hotel, airport, or railway station.
