Abu Simbel private tour - Mohamed Gadallah was our tour guide, the pick up service, communication before the trip and the knowledge he has is amazing! I would definitely recommend him as your tour guide. The driver was great as well!

Abu Simbel is incredible - Abu Simbel is incredible! We had a private tour that came with the 3 night Nile Cruise. Driver was very good Driver but drove unsafely until we ask him to be more careful. Guide was good. To be honest I think the cruise could be cheaper. We didn't need a private tour. We would have been happy with a small group for this tour.

Book now! - Walid was a rockstar again! We ended up doing 2 tours on back to back days because of how awesome he was.
The temple was breathtaking and all the information we absorbed was second to none.

One day trip to Abu Simbel - 3 stars because we absolutely loved the tour and the place, but the guide (Waleed Adnan) was a bit out of scope in our opinion. He talked about lots of other details not involving the temple, while we just wanted to go visiting. He was also a bit insistent and pushy about the tips, the review,....

Abu simbel worth to see it once in youre life - The journey from Aswan to Abu Simbel takes about 3 to 3.5 hours, and the same time for the return trip, so you're spending around 6 to 7 hours just driving. We only had 45 minutes to see everything. No cold water was provided, so make sure to bring your own food and water. If you plan to buy anything at Abu Simbel, be prepared to pay 200 for a single drink, which is outrageous. It's worth seeing once in your life, but overall, it's just okay.

Poor guide service - The day starts early in the morning with 3 hours trip to get to the site where we met Ahmer our tour guide. Unfortunately guides can’t go inside the temples so what they will do is to give explanation from outside showing you pictures. Our guide was too fast and gave us few information, nothing more than something you might find reading on the web. You can save money and book a tour without guide and maybe find somebody there or read by yourself since the service given by this tour guide is really poor.

Disappointing - I recently took a tour to Abu Simbel, and it was quite disappointing. Our guide, Ahmed Ashraf, was unprofessional and asked us to write positive reviews about his personal business, rather than focusing on the tour itself. It felt inappropriate and forced, detracting from the experience. Instead of sharing fascinating stories about the sites, he seemed more interested in promoting himself. I expected a knowledgeable guide, but Ahmed did not meet those expectations. I wouldn't recommend this tour if you want an authentic experience.
