Philae Temple Aswan tour Inc boat - We had a great tour. Was very informative, friendly. Safi, our driver, and Heba, our guide, we're fantastic. We would love to come again for another tour in Aswan

Philae Temple - Even the journey with the small boats is an experience. The beautifully situated Philatelic Temple impresses with beautifully preserved facades. Fun for cat lovers also the many temple cats. If you want to feed the kittens, you are expected to tip. A nice coffee by a pond invites you to relax.

Nice but too expensive - The temple is beautiful, but unfortunately many reliefs are destroyed. What is absolutely not fitting is the total price you have to pay. Since there is no bus or similar you need a taxi for at least 200. Then 200 admission and the boat. Normally it costs 200 again, but then you only have one hour, with two hours it costs 300. An hour would have been too little for me. The boat will then wait for you, so simply sharing a boat with others is complicated and not desirable. This is rip-off and also ecologically madness. Why can't you offer a ferry that runs when it's full? These prices are on the outside of a sign. This is the only sign that is only in Arabic. I don't think it's a coincidence. So it is best to form a group already in Aswan

Do not book - Unfortunately, I cannot rate this trip, as the provider has transferred us and we waited for nothing on site. Now it's about the fight to get the money back. At least Viator is cooperative in this regard.

I was not able to go to Philae Temple. Did this tour even take place on the day? - I was not able to go to Philae Temple. On the day, I waited for an hour in front of the designated pick-up location, Hapi Hotel, at the designated time. However, the pick-up car or person did not show up. Did this tour even take place on the day? For other tours, I received information the day before and an email on the day, but for this tour, there was nothing but an email asking for a review after the fact. I would like Viator to investigate the implementation of this tour and contact me about future measures.

Waste of Our Time - Nothing Memorable as the guide and the driver from the company did not turn up on 15/06/24. Messages sent but had no response . Phone number called but it was turned off. Contacted Viator. They tried to contact the provider but phone was turned off. Asked Viator regarding refund. Viator informed me that i was not entitled to it as i had not cancelled 24 hours before. I responded by telling Viator that if I could see the future I would have. Viator now tell me that they are waiting for a response from the provider. My advice only book if you can see into the future

The worst!!! - No one showed up, they took the money but were not reachable when we tried to contact them for the pickup. Even one star is too much. Don't book this tour!

No show - Never showed up, never responded or contacted us. Had to go to Philae all by ourselves arranging a last minute transport with someone else
