Philae temple - Heba gives very good explanations on the Philae temple. We had a very nice visit. She takes good care of the guests and is a lovely lady.
You can rely on her to learn about egypt history and culture in a fun and relaxed way.
She is very good with children.

Asun and its wonders - On day 1 of the Asun Cruise to Luxor, we visited the High Dam of Asun, the Temple of Philae and the Unfinished Obelisk in Asun. Our guide Khaled was excellent, telling the story of each of the sites and with a very pleasant attitude. Thanks, buddy!

We took the cruise... - We took the 1-night cruise from Aswan to Luxor. We were literally surprised by the food: we were skeptical initially but then the strength of the cruise was noted. Really good! Friendly and friendly staff

Cruise from Aswan to Luxor - The crew members are very kind to help. The reception on duty Thomas helped me to check some basic Arabic writing, and the staff in the restaurant helped my dad to get hot water, since he is caughing a lot. Thank youn

Pyramids and Great Egyptian Museum - Our tour guide Ahmed Amer had been very kind and supportive since start of the tour and he was very informative. Also took special care to ensure we cover all important sight seeing’s in short duration

Overall great experience except for the food! - The boat was very well equipped. The staff, especially the wait staff, were very sweet and attentive to all our needs.
The bedroom was pretty spacious and clean so was the toilet. We also enjoyed the deck and pool area. The tour company was even kind enough to add a complementary night to our initial booking without any additional costs :)
Our only and main complaint was the food!! We didn’t have high expectations coming on the boat but we were so disappointed. The food wasn’t fresh and tasted so bland! On top of that, our first day on the boat my friend got sick because of the food. They definitely need to ensure the food is appropriately stored and cooked to prevent passengers from getting sick!

Overall a pleasant experience experience but small things changed could make a big difference. - Entrance is atypical and gets a green tick. Staff also a green tick as well as sun deck and bar. Rooms need a bit of TLC but overall ok. The real issue is the buffet for all meals. Very bland if this is a 5* cruise. The worst is the coffee. You have to have good coffee which would have prompted me to give 4 rather than 3 stars. Nescafé in sachets is not acceptable and even the coffee machine on the sundeck has Nescafé!

Experience worthwhile WITH ANOTHER AGENCY - The experience of a Nile cruise is worthwhile, it's magical, BUT not with VIATOR and NICE TOURS, the communication was lamentable, whether lacking information, contradictory or missing. The stay on the boat was otherwise pleasant, apart from some staff members who: asked for our instagram accounts after talking to us twice, had perverse looks, and a harassing attitude to get tips when the service did not deserve it considering the cost of the cruise which is not at all good value for money. We were constantly misinformed, schedules were never kept, the majority of staff understood nothing about our questions and answered next to them. In short, nice boat, experience to do but with another agency.
