• Centro Storico di Assisi - The walking tour of Assisi begins with a meeting to explore its ancient Roman ruins. After a lunch break (not included), the tour continues to Orvieto, another authentic Umbrian hilltown. The temple was originally built in the 1st century by Gnaeus Caesius and Titus Caesius Priscus, who were among the city’s quattuorviri and also funded its construction.
• Santa Maria sopra Minerva - The Temple of Minerva is an ancient Roman edifice that currently accommodates the church of Santa Maria sopra Minerva, built in 1539 and refurbished in Baroque style during the 17th century. The temple was erected in the 1st century by Gnaeus Caesius and Titus Caesius Priscus, two of the city’s quattuorviri who also financed its construction.

• Duomo di Orvieto - Orvieto’s splendid Duomo (cathedral) is a must-see in Italy, celebrated for its breathtaking gold-and-mosaic Gothic façade and remarkable frescoes by Luca Signorelli, which significantly influenced Michelangelo’s work in the Sistine Chapel.
• Torre del Moro - Enjoy a panoramic view of Orvieto from this medieval tower. The view encompasses the horizon with its hamlets and castles, reflecting the medieval city’s former power.
• Centro Storico Orvieto - Wandering through the narrow streets and alleyways is captivating. An early church dedicated to the proto-martyr Lawrence, who died in Rome in 258, was constructed here in the 9th century atop the old Etruscan-Roman forum of the city. No trace of the original building remains.
