45-Minute Aromatherapy Salt Glow Session

I wish the salt glow service was offered for a longer period of time. While my therapist was amazing I was surprised that hands, feet, and the chest was not included. I was actually looking forward to my chest the most out of any extremity.

My dissatisfaction is probably my own fault. Firstly, although I requested the "aromatherapy salt glow," as indicated above, there was no discernible aroma. When I filed out the initial paperwork, there was a checkbox asking if I wanted aroma, for an extra fee, but I did not check it because I thought the aroma was assumed and I had already be charged for it. I was also dissatisfied with the lack of pressure provided during the interaction. It really was more of a pat or a stroke than a rub. Again, I suppose I should have spoken up, but I always feel like, the masseuse should ask about levels of pressure. Anyway, on the positive side, all of the staff were very friendly and the setting was calming and clean.

I gave this as a special gift to my sister-in-law. We had high expectations rations and she was very disappointed. My experience was very nice and George was very professional and covered the full treatment. The other one did not get anything but the salt buff and wiped off with towels. She did not get any aromatherapy, oils or massage with the ex work on of a small amount on her feet. No massage. Was not what she hoped for and when we compared notes o discovered she really got shorted.
