Beautiful Day in the Mountains - Brian was a gracious, knowledgeable & safe host. When our tour road was closed, he contacted me to talk about arranging another suitable tour. He was very helpful. Jeep was comfortable & Brian took us to some beautiful spots. The four of us truly enjoyed our afternoon!

AN UNFORGETTABLE ADVENTURE - This tour was something different and something special that will wow your family or guests.
We did the waterfall s and hike 3x in 3 months. One with my 90 year old active mom and the other with my nephew and his active 6 year old son.
Trust me they were excited and impressed.
This combo adventurous tour that blends the beauty of the falls with the hikes.
The 3rd tour was at the day after Thanksgiving for our family of 10 people. 5 adults and 5 children.
It was a perfect trip with our guide Clayton for 3 hours.
Clayton was super kind generous with blankets for our Miami family and amazing snacks and water.
We are hikers are self and our family well dressed for the cooler were eager beavers on this trip.
Clayton was very informative and made sure everyone was comfortable on our hikes. We appreciated him for his concerns.
What a memorable trip for anyone in a group or privately.
I would do this trip in a heartbeat I love wowing my family.
Trust me they are always thanking my husband and myself.
Just do it if you want spectacular views and easy hiking,
They will be impressed.

Backroads and Waterfalls Tour with Brian - The Parkway was closed the day of the tour so we changed to the Backroads and Waterfalls Tour on 12/11/25. It was a cold day, but very clear. We had such a great morning.
Brian was our guide and was fantastic! He was very attentive to our needs and so full of knowledge of the area. There were only two of us on his tour that day. We got to see so many waterfalls and beautiful views. The parkway gates were closed due to ice on the road, but we parked up in the lot and walked in a little ways for beautiful views. Brian always was there to tell us about what we were seeing, take a few photos and keep us safe.
This tour was my favorite excursion of our trip in the Lake Lure/Asheville area and we did several great things. If I am back in the area, I would certainly do another tour with this company and request the same guide if possible. I feel like every season would have different highlights. We had the cold weather and snow, but with the leaves being off the trees allowed us to see so far.

Don't hesitate to book! - If I could give this 10 stars I would!! Our guide Brad was so awesome. It was my husband and I plu 2 boys 10 & 11. It was cold! But he did the most to make sure we were so comfortable, even giving my youngest son his gloves. After expressing a desire to hike, Brad happily accommodated. We appreciated all his information about the area and history too
We travel frequently and our kids said this was one of their favorite tours ever!

Mountain get away - It was AMAZING! Communication was top notch with updates and information. Easy to book. Prompt leaving and arrival times. Very accommodating with pictures/places/poses. He made sure to take photos for us together. Snacks, water, and blankets all provided. Mountain history and stories discussed during travel time and at location sites. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

See the mountains and learn the history! - Such a fun, beautiful, and informative experience! I highly recommend Brian! He was thoughtful with everything from water to snacks, knowledgeable, and could answer every random question I could think of, and courteous :)
