It was unforgettable adventure! - With my friend I decided to go to 2-days Safari. The process of organizing Safari  in the company is at a high level, every step is carefully thought out, you will not be left anywhere without advice or help. Mike, thanks, that's great! In the morning we drove to the parks in a comfortable safari car. During two magnificent days in Tarangire and Ngorongoro National Parks, we saw giraffes, hyenas, elephants, zebras, flamingos, even rhinos and hippos and many other animals. Our driver Mozis has a lot of information about everything in the park and told us interesting facts about every bird and animal he saw. Moreover, a special thank you to the driver for warning about some situations in advance, for example, how to behave with monkeys during a lunch stop (during lunch, a tourist from another company was bitten by a monkey, because he didn't know how to behave correctly lead). Our safety was taken care of. Just one unaccounted situation was that there..  two persons in our car must leave to Zanzibar on the 2nd safari day (they had a flight), so we left Ngorongoro 3 hours earlier. However, I would like to note quality service and focus on the customer. Company offered (our choice) to go to another national park or hot springs next day as compensation for us. We have already been in the parks, so decided to go to the hot springs. It was an unforgettable trip, trust me! I have seen on TA a lot of reviews about how many companies let down their tourists and do nothing to help them or improve the situation. This company not only admitted the failure but also made it up for their clients at the first-class service level. High quality service and focus on the customer can be seen not only when everything goes 100% according to the plan, but when unforeseen things happen, and the company solves them with dignity, meeting the highest standards, to save the client and reputation. Организация Сафари в компании на высоком уровне, каждый шаг тщательно продуман, вы нигде не останетесь без совета или помощи. Вам всё покажут, подскажут. Утром на комфортной машине для сафари мы выехали в парки. За два великолепных дня в национальных парках Тарангире и Нгоронгоро мы увидели жирафов, гиен, слонов, зебр, фламинго, даже носорогов и бегемотов и много других животных. Наш водитель Мозис владеет огромным количеством информации обо всем в парке и рассказывал про каждую увиденную птицу и животного интересные факты. Единственным неучтенным моментом оказалось то, что в нашей машине были ребята, которые улетали на Занзибар во 2ой день Сафари, поэтому мы выехали из Нгоронгоро на 3 часа раньше. Однако отмечу клиентоориентированность компании: нам предложили на следующий день на выбор поехать в еще один национальный парк или на горячие источники в качестве компенсации. В парках мы уже были, решили поехать на источники. Поверьте, нам организовали незабываемую поездку! Я видела много отзывов о других компаниях, как туристов на Сафари кидают в таких случаях, ничего не предпринимая. Здесь же организаторы не просто признали случившийся недочет, но и на самом высоком уровне его исправили. Сервис и клиентоориентированность – виден не тогда, когда всё идет 100% по плану, а когда случаются непредвиденные ситуации, и компания их решает достойно, сохранив клиента и репутацию. an unique safari experience - I only had time to do a safari for 1 day and a night so i decided to go to Tarangire national park with „Ensembles Explores Adventures“ and it was totally worth it. The tour guide did his best to show me as much as possible in that short time, i saw almost everything. I spend my night in a very nice lodge which the company found based on my wishes. The second day (on wich we were supposed to travel back to Arusha) the guide came up with the idea to add the „zip-line adventure“ only for a small extra charge. We agreed on doing that and it was totally fun! So all in all I can totally recommend to travel with „Ensembles Explores Adventures“ because they were above my expectations. I only had time for one safari for one day and one night, so I decided to go to Tarangire National Park with "Ensembles Explores Adventures" and it was totally worth it. The tour guide did his best to show me as much as possible in the short time and explain, I saw almost everything. I spent the night in a very nice lodge, which the company found at my request. Ugandan adventures - We went with 2gether2africa on a 3 day trip to Sipi Falls in Uganda. We were amazed by the beautiful green nature of the area and how peaceful it is. The guys at 2gether2africa were super accommodating and were there to provide for all of our needs. We were impressed by their wealth of knowledge and their warm hospitality on our trip. They were very professional and had really thought through everything we needed for the trip so it ran very smoothly and was exactly what we wanted in our holiday. We would definitely take a trip with them again. Thanks guys!

Safari experience - It was a very nice Safari experience. All arrangements made by Godfrey related to Safari bookings, stay etc were really good.
