Wonderful - At the beginning of November 2025, we started Paradise&Wilderness/ Beach&Safari / Shemejisafari / a spectacular 11-day trip through the most famous large nature parks in northern Tanzania. On all levels, there is a degree of comfort here that we are not normally used to when travelling, but then we accepted it with gratitude, including the numerous pools in almost every Beach&Safari hotel, which are beneficial in the hot climate, e.g. on Lake Natron and especially after a dusty piste ride. All accommodations are stylish and functional, each with an individual touch: sometimes tent, sometimes round cabin, sometimes bungalow; the locations are excellently selected - mostly with great views and telephone network, the staff is very friendly and attentive, the food very good and always too much. The fact that the landscape is great and there are endless animals to admire is clear anyway - just the amount of lions that sometimes almost run into your car in the Serengeti is almost inflationary. And actually the many small animals like birds and lizards, which of course also exist, deserved much more attention - there is hardly any time for that... We would especially like to mention our great driver and guide Erik with his warm-hearted manner, very professional in explaining and driving through the wilderness. The slopes are often adventurous, but at the same time driving concentrated and finding distant animals behind bushes is certainly not easy. It was a tour of superlatives! Hakuna Matata Tanzania safari July 30 to August 8 2025 N. Govender - He has been so calm and relaxed. Nothing made him lose his cool. He was always patient with me. Whenever I wanted to spend a few more minutes on photography, he was super patient. Even when I needed the toilet, he just said tp take my time. He also waited 3.5 hours for the migration to start, as he knew how much I wanted to see it. He also patiently waited for the elephants to walk to the elephant pool. Emmanuel is incredibly knowledgable. He knew so much about the wildlife, including the animals, birds, plantlife. He could identify them from very far, as well as differentiate between them. He knew a lot about the different Tanzanian tribes, as well as the Masaai tribe. It was fun listening to him and comparing the cultures to my culture where I was born and where I currently reside. Emmanual was quick to spot the animals.and communicated well with other drivers. He made sure that I didnt miss a sighting. He was an excellent and safe driver. He always followed the rules of the road. He was polite to other drivers by letting them pass.or thanking them when he would overtake. He was helpful to another driver whose petrol tank became loose. When there were other drivers in distress he asked if he could help. Emmanuel stuck to the rules of the park. When parking to view sightings , he did not block the way of the animals crossing, and did not drive off the roads. He was also very quiet in tbe presence of animals. I would highly revommend Emmanuel

Fantastic trip with a string of highlights. - We had a great trip to Tanzania. The booking process was already very pleasant. We were very well helped and advised by Anouk. She has a lot of knowledge, is very complaint friendly and always responded very quickly. This immediately gave a good feeling for the holiday. In the months between the booking and the holiday, we kept getting tips. This also made us feel very good. We were increasingly looking forward to the holiday. From the arrival in Tanzania to our departure, everything was arranged to perfection! Every location was fantastic, with good food and very friendly staff. Our guide Julius was fantastic! He is a very experienced guide and adapts perfectly, to the wishes and pace of his guests. He is very friendly and has a particularly good eye for spotting animals. We really enjoyed him. He made the holiday extra special. Which was our highlight? Maybe that time we saw 3 lionesses with their cubs. Or the time we saw a bunch of vultures hollowing out a wildebeest's head. Or that time when two male elephants came at us a bit too threatening and we went into reverse with the jeep. Or the time we saw thousands of wildebeest crossing to go and gather for the big migration. Or the time we saw giraffes fighting each other. Or that time.... Ah... so many fantastic memories! We will never forget this trip! Thank you Paradise & Wilderness!!

Time of our lives - Just finished an amazing 12 day safari around the Northern Circuit. Our guide, Hamisi, was excellent and took really great care of us. We had so much fun driving around and seeing animals when we could and laughing when we had long drives. We can’t thank him enough. The lodges we stayed at were very nice and full of the most wonderful staff. We made lots of friends during our time spent at the lodges, especially the amazing people at Ikoma. Diana, at the main office, was so very helpful. All email questions were answered quickly and we all appreciated her very much. All in all, I can’t thank this company enough and I hope to do another safari again someday.

12 day trip Northern Tanzania - Zanzibar - We have made the following journey via Tui: 12 day trip Northern Tanzania - Zanzibar. What a wonderful journey we have made. Everything was arranged to perfection. Great hotel Dream of Zanzibar and the Safari which started from Arusha (by Beach&Safari Holidays) was fantastic. And this was partly because of our great driver/guide Denis Kawa. He told us everything and showed us the most beautiful places. Compliments to Denis. In short, this trip is highly recommended!

Trip of a lifetime. Much traveled Scandinavia Canada Europe Antilles, but this was great. - Experienced great safari, with our guide / driver Muktar. Taken care of to perfection by the people of our accommodations. Beautifully put together to our wishes by Anouk of the travel company. Muktar our driver went to great lengths to make our trip something special.,Thank you very much for this! I have travelled a lot, but this was the journey of life!

Discovery of this piece of Africa - fine driver with lots of knowledge of the environment. He had a sense of humor and was caring. Know for everything a solution. Beautiful nature, our guide knew the beautiful to find places.

Good tour - The safari was a good experience. Having done a Safari last year in the masai mara different tour company for 4 days we managed to see the big 5 thanks to a robust and competent driver. Our experience was a different one. The lunch boxes on safari were barely edible The accommodation were good and the breakfast and dinner were good as well. Our driver laid emphasis on how much he should be tipped. More interested in taking us to buy curios we didnt want instead of using that time to find animals. We did the 11 day safari and saw the big 3. No rhinos and leopard but thankfully had seen all in the Masai Mara. Hope this review gets posted as it will give a fuller picture. Yes the staff were amazing everyone We were disappointed with the driver but we thank him for returning us safely.
