Arusha to Tarangire

Tarangire National Park - DAY 2: ARUSHA – TARANGIRE
After breakfast, head to your next destination, known for its tranquility and high density of elephants in Tanzania. The Tarangire River draws a diverse array of migratory animals, including elephants, wildebeests, zebras, elands, and oryx. Tarangire is also a paradise for bird enthusiasts, boasting around 450 species.

Tarangire to Lake Manyara

Lake Manyara National Park - DAY 3: TARANGIRE – MANYARA
Depart in the morning for Manyara National Park, which Ernest Hemingway described as ‘the loveliest he had seen in Africa.’ This relatively small wilderness reserve is named after the alkaline lake, home to thousands of flamingos and hippos. The park’s most famous residents are the tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park. In the late afternoon, proceed to your lodge for leisure at Manyara.

Lake Manyara to Ngorongoro Conservation

Ngorongoro Crater - DAY 4: MANYARA - NGORONGORO CRATER
Start early today to visit the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This large volcanic caldera, standing at 2236m above sea level and covering 259 square kilometers, is teeming with wildlife and is considered one of the Natural Wonders of the World. The crater’s floor, dotted with watering holes, is home to over 30,000 animals, protected by the volcano’s slopes. Spend 6 hours exploring this spectacular area, enjoying the breathtaking scenery and diverse fauna and flora. In the late afternoon, drive to the lodge for leisure.

Ngorongoro to Serengeti

Serengeti National Park - DAY 5: NGORONGORO - SERENGETI
After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, with a game drive en route. Arrive in time for lunch at your camp, followed by an afternoon game drive. The Serengeti National Park is one of the world’s greatest game parks. Meaning ‘endless plains’ in the Maasai language, the Serengeti offers incredible game-viewing experiences in Africa, depending on the season.

Serengeti National Park - DAY 6: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Spend a full day in Serengeti National Park, exploring what is likely the most famous national park in the world. The Serengeti is renowned for its annual migration, where over six million hooves pound the open plains as more than 200,000 zebras and 300,000 Thomson’s gazelles join the wildebeests’ trek for fresh grazing. Even when the migration is quiet, the Serengeti offers exceptional game-viewing: large herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephants and giraffes, and thousands of elands, topis, kongonis, impalas, and Grant’s gazelles. The Serengeti’s predator concentration is high year-round.

Serengeti to Zanzibar

Stone Town - DAY 7: SERENGETI – ZANZIBAR
Enjoy a morning game viewing in the Serengeti plains before heading to the airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, our representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. Park Hyatt Zanzibar is housed in two buildings, including Mambo Msiige, a historic building dating back to the 17th century. This typical Zanzibar mansion, centered around a peaceful courtyard, is a retreat from the summer heat and a unique gem with architecture that embraces Swahili culture alongside Arab, Persian, Indian, and European elements. Stone Town to Paje

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before being picked up by our guide for a morning walking tour of Stone Town. Stone Town is a marvel of architecture and oriental atmosphere. Wandering through the narrow streets of the old Stone Town, between light and shadow, is magical. After the walking tour, transfer to your beach hotel, enjoying a spice tour along the way. Touch, smell, and taste different spices and tropical fruits.
