Tarangire to Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - After an early breakfast, the journey continues toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA). The scenic drive through the Ngorongoro Highlands, after passing through the NCA gate, takes approximately 5.5 to 7 hours to reach Central Serengeti, including transit time. A picnic lunch is provided along the way. In the afternoon, you’ll enter Serengeti National Park and start a game drive as you head to the Seronera area in Central Serengeti, known for its high density of predators, especially lions and leopards. In the evening, you’ll arrive at your camp in Central Serengeti for dinner and an overnight stay.

Full day Game Drive in Serengeti

Serengeti National Park - The day begins with an early morning breakfast, followed by a full game drive during the cooler hours, ideal for spotting predators like lions in action. Afterward, return to your camp in Central Serengeti for your final dinner and overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater - The final safari day begins early from the Serengeti camp. After a three-hour drive, you’ll reach the Ngorongoro Conservation Area gate. Midday is spent on an exhilarating 6-hour game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its incredible wildlife density and the best place to see the Big Five, especially the rare Black Rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor, often near the hippo pool. In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and start the long drive back to Arusha, taking approximately four to five hours from the exit gate. The trip concludes in the evening with a drop-off at your hotel or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for departure.
