Airport - Manyara National Park

Arusha - Upon arrival at the airport, meet the representative for a safari briefing, then proceed to Lake Manyara National Park for a full day of game driving. Although one of Tanzania’s smaller national parks, it offers a rich and varied safari experience.

Expect to see the lake shore teeming with birds such as flamingos, ducks, and other waterfowl. The park also features a forest with underground water where large mammals like elephants and antelopes can be spotted, along with over 100 bird species. In the savanna woodland, you might encounter wildebeest, zebras, and giraffes. Later in the afternoon, head to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Maasai Market Curios and Crafts - Visit the Maasai Market to explore Maasai crafts, jewelry, and local baskets, with an opportunity to purchase them on your way to Lake Manyara National Park.

Manyara National Park - Serengeti National Park

Lake Manyara National Park - After breakfast, drive around the Crater rim and descend to the “Wild Africa” of Serengeti National Park, known for its vast rolling plains. Proceed to the central park area called Seronera, named after the river that provides a vital water source, attracting numerous animal species within the Serengeti Masai Mara ecosystem.

Serengeti National Park - Begin your day early in the Serengeti, home to Africa’s Big Five, including giraffes, cheetahs, hyenas, antelopes, wildebeest, and zebras, along with a variety of birds, baboons, monkeys, hippos, and serval cats. In the late afternoon, head to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro National Park

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Conservation and descend 600 meters into the crater floor for a game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is a lush area with ample water and fodder, supporting a variety of animals including herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippos, and giant African elephants. The crater is also home to rare black rhinos in their natural habitat, one of the few places to see them in the wild.
