Tanzania 🇹🇿 - We had an incredible safari experience in Tanzania, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide Mimi Bariki. From the very beginning he was professional, calm, knowledgeable and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment of the journey. During our trip we visited Serval Wildlife near Kilimanjaro, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti and the Ndutu area. Thanks to Mimi we saw an amazing variety of wildlife including zebras, giraffes, buffalo, hyenas, thousands of wildebeests, lions, vultures, and even rare sightings like a rhinoceros and a leopard resting in a tree with its prey. Mimi has a great eye for spotting animals and clearly knows the parks extremely well. He always positioned the jeep perfectly so we could see and take photos, while also respecting the animals and nature. He also shared interesting information about the wildlife and the environment, which made the safari even more special. Visiting the Maasai village and learning about their culture was another highlight. Throughout long drives he stayed positive, patient and professional, and we always felt safe and well taken care of. If you are planning a safari in Tanzania, I would highly recommend asking for Mimi Bariki as your guide. He truly made our adventure unforgettable.

An amazing 4 day family trip in Tanzania with Inno and Calvin! - I’m very happy to recommend Inno and Calvin from Gosheni as safari guides. They guided our group (6 adults and 6 kids) through the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater, and they truly made the experience unforgettable. From start to finish, they worked incredibly hard to keep us comfortable and engaged. During the long drives, they shared stories, insights, and fascinating facts that made the time fly by. Their knowledge of the land and wildlife was impressive, and their ability to spot animals from a distance was remarkable. Their expertise made a real difference. Without them, we honestly would not have seen even half of the animals we did. They always seemed to know exactly where to go and how to position the vehicle for the best possible view. One moment in particular stands out. They knew how much we wanted to see elephants. Instead of following the crowded routes, they took a quiet side road away from the other vehicles and found a family of elephants for us. We had what felt like a completely private viewing, just our group and these incredible animals. It was one of the highlights of the trip. I would book with them again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone planning a safari.

Incredible 4-Day Safari with Emmanuel – Highly Recommended! - We just completed a truly unforgettable 4-day safari with Gosheni, and I can’t recommend the experience highly enough. Our driver and guide, Emmanuel, was exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly sharp-eyed. He had an uncanny ability to spot animals from amazing distances and always positioned the vehicle perfectly for viewing and photos. Thanks to him, we saw the Big Five and so much more, including breathtaking scenes we never expected. Emmanuel’s deep knowledge of the wildlife, landscapes, and ecosystems added so much depth to the journey. He was patient with all our questions and clearly passionate about what he does. We felt safe, well taken care of, and inspired throughout. One area where I would’ve appreciated a bit more support was during our visit to a Maasai village and a local shop—navigating the commercial aspect of these visits felt a bit awkward, and I would have welcomed a bit more guidance on what to expect or how to handle the sales pressure. That said, this was a small part of an otherwise outstanding experience. Gosheni runs a well-organized and high-quality operation, and Emmanuel made it even more special. If you’re considering a safari in Tanzania, I highly recommend booking with Gosheni—and if you can, ask for Emmanuel. You’ll be in excellent hands.

Extremely Skilled professional who provided a very comfortable and pleasing experience of Safaris. - Our Safari experience was amazing with Gosheni. Our guide, Calvin Kileo was just so patient and made sure that we get the most beautiful sightings all throughout the safari. He's extremely vigilant and skilled with the routes. Your guide can make or break your complete experience. Thankfully, throughout our 4 days with him Calvin was always joyous and cheerful with a big wide smile. Would highly recommend him as guide for the Safaris. Overall, a ten on ten experience with Gosheni and Calvin.

Incredible experience - Go Gosheni! - We had an unforgettable experience with Gosheni Safaris, thanks to the exceptional support from Herman. His expertise and guidance were invaluable during the planning phase. Our safari journey, which took us from Arusha to Tarangire, Ndutu, Serengeti, and finally Ngorongoro, was perfectly curated. Starting with smaller parks and gradually moving to the larger ones was a fantastic choice, and I highly recommend this route. A special mention goes to our guide, Calvin Kileo. His extensive knowledge and vast experience with each national park made the trip even more memorable. Calvin’s patience and dedication ensured we had the best animal sightings, including all of the Big Five! His expertise was key in making this possible. I wholeheartedly recommend Gosheni Safaris for anyone planning a safari, and if you want the best experience, be sure to request Calvin Kileo as your guide.

4 day Safari with Juma - The safari booked with Gosheni was great from airport pick-up to drop-off. The entire tour was comfortable, the car was in good condition, with all the things we would need plus space. The accomodation exceeded expectations with great views and all the amenities. Thought the tour the food was delicious and catered to our dietary requirements without fuss. We were lucky to have Juma as our guide - he is super knowledgeable, passionate, and diligent. He was great at spotting the smallest animals as well as the big ones and being able to answer every question that we had about them and the environment they are in. The trip was brilliant and made better by our fantastic guide. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Amazing trio made even better by Juma! - The 3 day safari was incredible and our guide Juma made it even better! Over the 3 days we managed to see incredible wildlife, birdlife and beautiful scenery. Our guide Juma is clearly incredibly passionate and the really came through during the 3 days. We’ve learned and laughed so much over the time being here. I would highly recommend using Gosheni and Juma to anyone wanting to experience a informative and respectful safari!

Gosheni safari tour with Mwinyi - We just finished the 3rd day of the tour, and boy this tour has not disappointed!!! On the 2nd day of the tour we spotted a leopard in a tree who had just caught a gazelle and was resting and today when we returned to that tree, we could see the leopard had consumed the gazelle and was cleaning his paws. Today we also so two mating lions and elephants at the hippo watering hole protecting their herd from a crocodile. On this tour we have seen it all from lions, lionesses, hippos, giraffes, zebra, wilder beasts, elephants, gazelles, buffalo, warthogs, ostriches . . . Seeing these animals in the natural environment has been magnificent. Our experience would not have been the same without our brilliant tour guide, Mwinyi!!! He knows the animals, he knows the environment, and he knows how to drive. It has been wonderful having him as our guide!!! Excited to see what tomorrow brings.
