The safari of a lifetime! - Our 5-day safari with Gecko Adventure Tanzania blended the best of wildlife and culture. We started by exploring Lake Manyara, spotting baboons, elephants, and even tree-climbing lions. Then, we ventured into the Serengeti, where we witnessed massive herds of wildebeest and endless golden plains filled with wildlife. One of the most unique experiences was visiting the Hadzabe Bushmen at Lake Eyasi, where we learned about their ancient traditions and hunting techniques. We also stopped at Olduvai Gorge, a site rich in history, and explored the museum that showcases human evolution. Throughout the journey, we stayed in fantastic lodges that made the adventure even more enjoyable. The combination of wild landscapes and cultural encounters made this safari an unforgettable experience!

Awesome Experience - We had an incredible time in Tanzania with guide Otto from Gecko. We planned the trip together with Rama and it actually turned out to be more exciting than we could have imagined; from the action filled game drives in the parks where we encountered lot of different animals to cultural tours to the local tribes of livestock keepers, coffee farmers and hunter gatherers. It was all well organized into a smooth sequence of activities and accommodations. Staying in top lodges added to the relaxation and enjoyment. If I were to change anything about the trip would be to increase the number of days

Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari - We started our summer travels with a visit to Tanzania where we vacationed on safari to Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Manyara parks. We were hosted by a local operator Gecko Adventure Tanzania. We had left aur host to handle all the logistics and travel which they did amazingly well. We had a great guide Musa with us during the entire 4 days, showing us the different areas of the parks including the great migration in Serengeti. I have to mention that staying at the luxury lodges and luxury tented camps was a wonderful decision and greatly enhanced our experience.

An incredible safari in Tanzania - The safari was awesome! The game drives with our guide Musa in Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater were really from out of this world. We enjoyed the beautiful views with Musa who was knowledgeable, courteous and genuinely concerned with our happiness and wellbeing throughout. He made sure that we were comfortable in the vehicle, drover carefully and considered suggestions before taking any decisions. The lodges were top class with excellent service, good food and nice staff. We fell in love with Ngorongoro Economy Lodge and Kati Kati Tented Camp. They were absolutely fantastic places to stay. I highly recommend this safari package and operator because it was really memorable. If you are lucky to get Musa it will be worth every penny!

Another Fantastic Vacation with Gecko! - It was good to be back to Tanzania with our old friends from Gecko Adventure Tanzania. This is our second trip with them and we are overly impressed by their excellent hospitality and attention to detail. We were lucky to reconnect with Musa who had been our guide in Selous to also take us through Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. The parks were just as we like them; quiet with little traffic. Rama also helped us get amazing discounts at the top of the line lodges. The lodges are pretty fantastic and actually deserve individual reviews. We will definitely keep returning to Gecko Adventure Tanzania for their excellent handling of guests.

We Will Definitely Return To Tanzania - Our trip could not have been better. Rama had put everything together nicely into an amazing itinerary that took us Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Every aspect came together nicely from the timely transfers, excellent vehicle, amazing lodgings and Otto our guide was an amazing guide. He took us to the far flung corners of the parks where there few other vehicles, allowing us to enjoy the views without any commotion. We enjoyed seeing the elephants, lions, hyenas, jackals following the wildebeest in Northern Tanzania. We stayed in some amazing places like andBeyond Grumeti and Chem Chem in Manyara. They enhanced the overall safari experience and we loved is a lot.

Great Experience & Value For Money - This is truly the best holiday vacation of our lives. We are truly grateful to Rama for planning and hosting us on such a perfect trip. Everything about it was well planned with timely transfers, all the hotels and camps were booked as we expected. Thanks for the upgrade in Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We really enjoyed the deluxe comfort level. Osman was amazing as a guide and driver. He took excellent care and made sure that we were comfortable. He always consulted us while and was flexible to allow us leave out or include an activity that we spontenously wanted, like the stops for curios, meeting friends over dinner at George's in Arusha on our last evening. The game drives were spectacular and we always found that Rama had made all the required arrangements to ensure that we got in the parks smoothly. Similar preparedness and attention was repeated at the lodges and every other juncture in the trip. Overall this trip was great value for money for the level of comfort and luxury through out the trip.

An outstanding Safari in Tanzania - I had a very nice vacation with my husband in Tanzania with Gecko Tanzania. We had a very good safari guide Endrick guiding our tour to the parks - Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. He knew how and where to spot the wildlife. With his expertise we saw so many animals, ranging from lions, buffaloes, elephants, hyenas, cheetahs, rhinos, vulture and thousands of wildebeest to name but a few. He answered all our questions with detailed explanations and also shared a lot of stories from his past experiences. He made sure that the 4x4 vehicle was clean, and well stocked with water and snacks. He had a complete safari travelling kit that had a table and seats, and would set them up at the picnic spots. The daily experience in the parks is something that we enjoyed extensively, getting so close with nature was both thrilling and fun! Sleeping under canvas in the open parks was exciting too. I am happy with the overall experience from Gecko Tanzania. It is second to none
