Great company, wonderful experience and customer service that is second to none - I booked a 3 day trip to the Ngorogoro crater, Lake Manyara and Tarangire national parks with Vision Safari and Tours, having read their reviews and noticed they offered a package I could afford, travelling solo. From the initial booking, Gloriana kept close contact through email and whatsapp, advising of the itinerary and everything was taken care of, transport, accommodation, which was comfortable, with good food in very pleasant surroundings. I was also loaned a pair of binoculars which was very much appreciated. Each day was amazing - the scenery breathtaking, the history and geology compelling and the wildlife varied and round every turn was something to observe in these wonderful places. The guides, Simba and Godfrey were experienced and made each day such an interesting and enjoyable time - and their knowledge of the area and the animals was impressive, and a chance to watch a lioness hunt was such a privilege. Not to mention a five star lunch in the most beautiful settings, we were really well looked after and each day was an unforgettable experience. It was quite clear to me that in order for this to happen, there is a whole team of people working extremely hard with mind bogglingly complex logistics and a clear will to provide clients with the best experience possible. The group of clients I was with changed every day - Rama and Ali, the drivers working hard to bring so many people from different places to where they needed to be, and back again, joining and leaving, coming and going, the guides making the magic happen wherever they needed to be on the day and Gloriana's first class, personalised customer service - everyone does a phenomenal job and the result was an experience I will treasure. Particularly the one or two minor adjustments or small problems that arose, which you would expect in such a complex undertaking and delivery of personalised experiences based on a large number of peoples needs and wants, were dealt with easily and communicated well - we all took priority and somehow they make it work beautifully, making these amazing experiences and their wonderful country accessible to all budgets and requirements without once compromising on quality - the wll used phrase "nothing was too much trouble" is very true. Vision are a great team and one I would recommmend every day of the week - I will definitely be back to visit all the other places on my list and they will be the first people I call! An unforgettable experience with outstanding service! - We had an amazing experience with Vision Safari Tours. From the very beginning, their service was absolutely top-notch. The team was always incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure our trip was as enjoyable and smooth as possible. They were extremely attentive, helpful, and accommodating whenever we needed assistance or wanted to adjust something. Their professionalism and warm hospitality really stood out. If I ever return to Tanzania or Arusha, I would definitely book my safari or Kilimanjaro trip with Vision Safari Tours again — without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Formidabile - Everything was perfect. They bought my tickets from Zanzibar to Arusha. The transportation, accommodations, food—everything was very well organized. They are always available for any questions and always respond as quickly as possible.

Would absolutely recommend - An absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish everything went smoothly and all the staff were lovely. Big shout out to Gloriana who was incredibly helpful. We went on safari to celebrate my friends birthday and Gloriana arranged for a cake at the hotel we were staying at. Joel and Godfrey were amazing guides and we were able to request to have them on multiple drives. They were both very knowledgeable and good fun on the drives. Would absolutely recommend booking through Vision Safaris and we hope to be back for another trip in the future.

Simply incredible - Had the absolute best time on safari! We had an incredible guide and group, and were lucky enough to spot all of the big 5 in just 3 days. Every time I thought we’d seen the coolest thing and it simply couldn’t get any better, somehow it did! Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, we enjoyed chatting with him at camp each night and hearing all his stories. The chef prepared delicious meals which far exceeded our expectations, and he made sure to check on us at every meal. The organizer, Shebbie, was amazing and so helpful in bringing together the entire experience - answering questions before we even arrived, arranging all our transfers, and checking in on us during and after the safari. Couldn’t have asked for better!

Amaizing - The views were spectacular, the scenery. We had alot of fun , the beautiful nature around together with the animals , something we will all remember .
