• Life jackets are available for all passengers, intended exclusively for emergency situations. If the client wishes to use the life jacket recreationally during the tour, an additional fee will be charged.
• The time indicated at the time of booking is merely indicative. The day before the tour, we will contact you via WhatsApp with the boarding information. If the boarding address is not provided, the last meeting point will be indicated: Socialtel Lapa - Rua Visconde de Maranguape, 9.
• Lunch will not be served before the boat trip, as some people may feel discomfort due to the movement of the vessel. It will be served between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM. We recommend bringing snacks and water to consume on the bus during the trip.
• The transfer to Arrial do cabo takes approximately 3:30 hours.
• In high season, boarding departs from Ipanema for better logistics and to avoid traffic.
• Excursions continue normally even in case of bad weather and are only canceled in exceptional circumstances where the Brazilian Navy does not authorize the departure of the vessel.
• The vessels do not operate when overcrowded and are subject to inspection by the Brazilian Navy. We use vessels of different capacities and, during the high season, we prefer those with greater capacity, always respecting legal limits.
• All boats undergo daily maintenance, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Transportation Rio - (Arraial do Cabo) - You have two options: Hotel pickup (obviously, if the hotel pickup service is available): If you choose hotel pickup, you will be picked up directly from your accommodation, but you will need to participate in the pickup of all other clients. The pickup will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. From the last meeting point, the trip to Arraial do Cabo will take 2 hours and 45 minutes. Last meeting point: If you prefer to avoid participating in the pickup of other clients, you can go directly to the final meeting point, selecting Socialtel Lapa - Rua Visconde de Maranguape 9 in your reservation, from where the trip to Arraial do Cabo will take 2 hours and 45 minutes.
• WARNING: Do not throw any objects in the toilet (including toilet paper). Please use the appropriate trash cans to avoid blockages and ensure the proper functioning of the system.
• There is no pickup service for Recreio and Barra.
