It was a long journey but... - It was a long journey but felt very quick. On our way back, the air conditioning was on a way too high level, we were literally freezing in the back of the bus, it was truly an unpleasant experience. Other than that, the tour of the place was good and the food was amazing.

Good view - Truly a nice experience. While the journey is long, there are interesting places. Also the guide and the boat had a good attitude which adds to the enjoyment of the tour. I recommend it

Taste by bit - Of 5 beaches that sell the tour we only met 2 in a hurry! The guide very funny, put it on, but much travel for so little water time! Thank you.

Boat ride awesome, bus ride horrible…. - The rep was amazing but lacked some communication, could be the company itself and not her. They say pick up is at 7:30 AM and they didn’t arrive until 8 AM. We didn’t arrive to the destination of the boat until almost 2 pm. At the bus stop, we got put into taxis and were charged 10R per person unexpected and also on the bus you have to pay taxes 15R per person unexpected. None of these charges are a problem, just wish someone had warned us how much cash is needed for this trip. What if we didn’t have any? Before we got to the boat, they stop you somewhere to grab a buffet lunch, but you are expected to pay your own drinks so also carry cash for that. After the boat, we then had to take a taxi back to the bus stop, which also charges another 10 per person And then we waited because of all the traffic for everyone to get on was an hour plus. Also pack a lot of snacks you will stop for lunch once and then the ride home you will not eat again we thought we packed enough snacks and it was not enough also pack something warm for the ride back because the AC gets very very cold. Woke up sick. To get home took from 8 PM to 1AM. Please really reconsider this 4 hour boat ride, it will take you from 730am-1am to get home with traffic. Giving roughly a 16hour to 18 hour day. The water had one stop of very blue water and then the last two stops were not clear blue water so we were confused as to where we were going next It was advertised as blue waters cruise. First beach is the clearest Bluewater, which is just for photos. No one swims in it and you only have 30 minutes and then the second and third Beach are so deep not everybody could get in or get out and take pictures because there was no shore to Swim to. The boat itself was amazing. All the workers were very attentive, entertaining, friendly, helpful. Nothing on the boat. It’s just the experience itself from the company that wasn’t well organized at all.

Note 5. Taking what was bad, it was ok. - Taxi expenses in Arraial do Cabo are not included and not mentioned in advance, omitting this information. The lunch is actually dinner, as we made the meal around 18h/18h30, after the escuna walk. Tip: Bring snacks. Bus on the go very hot due to engine heating, making the trip suffocating. On the return, bathroom was used while it was standing and was not sanitized, terrible odor, very unpleasant.

Important aspects need to be improved - Picked up very late. And departure to the place more than two hours later. It was 10:30 a.m. and we hadn't left the city yet. They charged 25 reales more per person than what was agreed upon for taxes and the right to ride in a planter. Of the 5-place plan, they only took us to two. And briefly 20 min. Pretty poorly organized for that cost. The guide João was very kind and attentive. Pick-up, waiting, and punctuality times need to be improved to ensure the tour is carried out and returned on time.

Do not contract with BRAZIL SHOW TOURISM is a scam - Pay BRAZIL SHOW TOURISM(BST) for a boat trip to beaches of Arraial Do Cabo for 11/01/2026 (Itinerary: swimming and diving in beaches Do Forno, Do Farol and Pontal Do Atalaya). It is the case that the BST guide informed us that due to bad weather we could not do the boat ride and took us to the Bus Station of Arrail Do Cabo, where they would hire taxis that would take us to Playa Dos Anjos and Playa Grande, i.e. beaches different from those hired. Faced with such a breach of BST, I chose to ask you to take us even overland to the 3 contracted beaches (Do Forno, Do Farol and Pontal Do Atalaya) refusing my request and leaving us stranded in said Bus Station to our fate. This scam I reported on the same 11/01/2026 to BRAZIL SHOW TURISMO (to whatsapp that appears on their website +5521972851893) without any response

Wasn’t picked-up nor... - Wasn’t picked-up nor contacted by provider. Woke up early and was left waiting at the hotel lobby for a good 2 hours. Apparently my money is still good enough to get charged by the provider. Have not heard from them, hopefully a full refund will be in order.

Service garbage - Experience with the agency is real rubbish. I have a 4-year-old. I wrote to them everywhere absolutely and they never responded. I went to the pick-up hotel waking a child at 5:30! THEY NEVER ARRIVED. THEY NEVER WROTE. I feel more than ripped off. Angry about my son. Service garbage.

The Horrible Day at the Cable Array - I bought a package with the Brazil show for the cable arrangement for me and my wife, on the day of the trip already on the way and after a little delay in the beginning of the trip, the guide informs that the boat would not be possible due to the wind and it was there that unloaded everything. The guide gave 2 options where the first option would be (go to the beach of the atalaia by taxi without any cost and stay there for 3h.) only that we arrived at the camp was half day (lunch time) and would have to stay 3h on the beach and then return for lunch. The second option of the tour: ( hire the buggy and pay + 50 kings for one turn) Conclusion: I paid + 100 reais for the buggy for me and my wife, arriving on the big beach had no buggy, Guia asked to stay on the beach for 1h that on this beach was a desert and horrible for bathing me and my wife we were waiting from below a tree with the staff of the walk and then we went to a horrible restaurant with a horrible food that many people left and were buying snack outside the restaurant. we arrived from 12h in the afternoon and the buggy tour only started at 15;40. where there was a disagreement of the guide with a boy who was sad and disappointed with the Waiting time not only him as everyone, and the boy had entered the buggy with his family and the guide went and asked for him to leave and he already stressed wanted the money back and that would not go anymore and to this clash to GUIA XINGOU he that in my view a terrible lack of respect, an unprepared guide who can not receive discontent from a Cover. Overall I paid 500 reais on the tour for me and my wife dandar from Rio de Janeiro to Arraial do Cabo and lunch at a horrible restaurant. The only thing that saved the tour was the buggy boy who is good and very helpful people who was much more GUIA than the unprepared guide who went with us.
