“Mountain and waterfall day trip - We were collected outside the Bahai Palace at 9 and dropped back off at 6. Initial stop was a camel ride and then to a women’s cooperative that sold oils. We then drove to the town close to the Ourika waterfall and had lunch at a house on the outskirts of the village. Lunch was very good and plenty to eat. We then walked to the waterfall and was driven back to Marrakech which took about 1 hour 20 mins. The trip was great value but would benefit from the guide talking about some places you pass and some history during the time on the mini bus. Lunch wasn’t served until 3/3.15 which was too late. The same oils were sold at another cooperative on the walk back down from the waterfall so I didn’t understand why we don’t stop there which would have brought lunch forward at least an hour and meant we arrived back at 5.
