The trail extends from Areinho to Espiunca along wooden walkways that trace the rugged banks of the Paiva River. Along the route, enjoy the zigzagging stairs, scenic viewpoints, cliffs, and waterfalls. The Vau River Beach offers a perfect spot for a break and reflection.
