• Arorangi - This tour takes you through the village of Arorangi. There are a number of attractions and points of interest that you may get to see along the way depending on what you are interested in, including: the prison, Black Rock, Arorangi CICC Church, palace, and Raemaru Park. Beautiful back road scenery of the mountains, gardens, and everyday life in Rarotonga.

Join Storytellers Eco Tours for a cycling adventure along the ‘back road’ (Ara Metua), where you can experience the serene rhythm of village life. Enjoy numerous stops to admire the stunning mountain views, sample local fruits, and listen to stories that add depth to your observations. The cycling journey is relaxed, spanning 3 hours, and concludes with a delightful light lunch. The entire experience lasts about 4 hours, with pick-up between 7:50 and 8:40 am, introduction, safety briefing, and equipment setup from 8:40 to 9 am, the tour from 9 am to 12 noon, lunch from 12 to 12:30 pm, and drop-offs from 12:30 to 1:20 pm. The small group size ensures each tour is unique and customized to the interests of the participants on that day.
