Arrival & Waiting Time Policy

After your flight lands, you have a 2-hour window to reach the designated meeting point. This allows time for passport control, baggage claim, and walking within the airport. If the passenger does not arrive at the meeting point within this timeframe and no contact is made, the service will be deemed a no-show, and the reservation will be marked as completed.

Once you meet your driver, you will be guided directly to your private vehicle, and the transfer will commence immediately. There are no shared vehicles or shuttle services involved. The service concludes once you are safely dropped off at your confirmed hotel or address and have exited the vehicle.
