Highly reccommended! - Our transfers were very well organized. The drivers were helpful and very kind. The cars were neat,spacious and comfy.

Good way to reach the coty - The car and driver were perfect, however for a prearranged transfer we had to wait 15-20 minutes to let us know that we could proceed to the level that we would meet the driver. I understand it is a very busy airport and name boards are not allowed in the airport but the timings could be somehow better.

Premium price, but not a premium experience - While the driver was very professional, friendly, and drove safely, the overall experience did not meet expectations for a premium transfer service. The vehicle was very run down and not kept to premium standards. There was rubbish left in the car from previous passengers, which made it feel unclean and poorly maintained. On top of that, there was a very loud noise coming from one of the wheels. The driver explained that another motorist had hit the car on that wheel about two hours earlier, and of course he was unable to fix it before picking us up. While I understand this was not his fault, it still affected the comfort and confidence in the journey. There was also a long wait for the vehicle to arrive at the airport, despite the transfer being pre-booked. After a long flight, this was especially tiring and frustrating. Considering I paid for a premium service at a premium price, the vehicle condition and wait time did not match what was advertised.

After 20 minutes they... - After 20 minutes they tell me they don't have my confirmation and need to find a driver plus the location is different from what they have. 15 more minutes later they say they have a car but its 20 dollars cash more. Its better to take cab and negotiate price. Everyone is scamming

Left us stranded at the airport - Our flight landed at 6:20am. We waited at baggage claim for a bag that got lost. The driver messaged us at 8am before the 2 hour waiting period ended to say he was cancelling the trip and he accused us of staying in the airport too long as if we had chosen not to come out. When we found the lost bag I messaged him at 8:15am to say we are coming out and he stopped responding. We came out and a guy told us the driver will come back if we pay 60 euro. We ended up ordering an Uber which was very stressful because my phone was going to die and it had the address of our Airbnb and my payment cards. The private transfer was already paid for and it was meant to take us straight from the airport to our airbnb so we could settle easily. I didn't think our arrival to Istanbul would be so chaotic it made such a bad start to our trip.
