Brilliant experience - As a family we had a wonderful experience! This truly is a natural beauty on a whole new level. The views on offer here are breath taking from the skywalk and Guano Point (both truly amazing!). To finish off this wonderful experience we did the zip line which everyone in my family said was one of the best experiences we have had to date. We also did not have any issues with staff and thought they were lovely especially calming the nerves of some of the more nervous members of the group for the zip line.

Expensive ticket, no option of extras. - We drive 2h40 from Vegas to the west grand canyon. Good road, no mystery to reach. It was a beautiful winter day with clear sky. Ticket value of usd 99 per person. I had read on the website that two paying adults , one child would be courtesy . At the time of the ticket purchase, the attendant wanted to charge me 300 usd and I promptly indicated the promotion of the site. She became graceless and applied the courtesy of the child. Very ugly attitude of the employee , wanting to pass the leg on a tourist . All I missed was this one , take a blow , but I 'm vaccinated against this team of people . After that phase , you get in buses that take you to the observation points . Guano point, eagle point and the skywalk. Grand Canyon is a place of lush nature, quiet, worth the experience, even with such expensive entrance. The skywalk is a nice experience for those who like this type of adventure. Makes beautiful pictures up there. The tip is that in Arizona , there is a time change in relation to Vegas , where the clock is 1 hour ahead, so pay attention to this fact to schedule the time you intend to arrive .

We enjoyed it - For the month of October Nevada residents get a BOGO all access pass. So we packed up the car and drove 2 hours to Grand Canyon west. Here’s what you need to know and how to plan out the day when you get out there. All access pass comes with everything they have to offer out there. Skywalk, zip line, 10 dollar food credit, 10 dollar merch credit and access to all points. (Free Buses take you everywhere which is nice) 1. Get the zip line done before anything else. The earlier the better, line gets extremely long, they only take 12 at a time. We were in line for over an hour. Now it is fun, however it’s over before you know it, 30 second ride. Max weight is listed at site based on wind. 2. Skywalk/restaurant/ giftshop- you can get these 3 done since it’s all connected to each other, views are indescribably beautiful, however the food was lacking. They do let you take your phone out on the walk to get as many pics as you can. 3. Guano point- This is a more of walk around as much you can and see all the sights, you get up close to edge than anywhere else on the property, again very nice views and if you can make it so sunset, it’s something worth watching. Throughly we had a good time, allow yourself 4 hours or so to get it all done.

Very expensive - We got the all access ticket to see the west side of the Grand Canyon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The people talked nonstop about watch out for the cows on the road. Honestly, it's a big hole in the ground. The $97 ticket per person was a tad too high for what you got. Make sure, if you go, to make a reservation to the zip line. Otherwise you won't be able to zip.

Amazing Views at Guano Point, Poor Staff (mostly), poor communication and service - We bought the All Access Pass but were given no information on arrival — just told to get on the bus to the first stop (Skywalk), which made planning the day difficult. Most staff we asked for help were unhelpful and disengaged. The exception was one of the bus drivers, who was friendly, funny, and informative — easily the best part of the service. We visited Skywalk and Guano Point (which was amazing), but were then told we had to drive ourselves to the zip line. When we arrived at 4pm, we were bluntly told it was closed, despite never being given any closing times or guidance. Guano Point was the highlight, but overall it felt expensive for what you get, especially given the lack of information and service.

I never got to use my tickets so I lost 227.00! We put the address into our gps and it took us 4 hrs away from the west - That really check the address , we traveled from Scottsdale to the canyon, gave our gps Grand Canyon west airport, and it took us 4 hrs away to the south rim, so we could not use the tickets and lost 227.00. Did not have time to drive another 4 hrs to be where we should have been

Zero customer service - Sadly, we were unable to make our ticketed visit due to trouble with our rental car on the way, which left us stranded in the desert and forced us to return to Las Vegas for assistance after calling for a tow truck. Given the high admission price at Grand Canyon West, I reached out multiple times to ask about rescheduling for another day during our trip. I understood we were within the 48-hour no-cancellation window and wasn’t requesting a refund, only a change if possible. Unfortunately, none of my calls or messages were returned. Be aware that customer service may be difficult to reach if unexpected issues arise.

Nice Place but Staff Attitude Needs Work - Felt like a rip-off. We went on the 4th of July, hoping it would be a fun way to celebrate, but it really wasn’t. First, we were told they only sell the all-access ticket, which includes several activities besides the Skywalk. We only wanted to do the Skywalk, but since the zipline was included as a bonus, we decided to go for it. Unfortunately, they didn’t mention there was a minimum weight limit for the zipline. Two of our group of five didn’t qualify, and after waiting a long time, they raised the minimum weight to 140 lbs—so only one person qualified, and decided not to go alone. The biggest disappointment, though, was the staff. Most were unfriendly, and some were downright rude esp at the Gift Shop. The only bright spot was the restaurant, where one very kind waitress made the experience a bit better. Overall, I’d say the Grand Canyon South Rim (National Park) is a much better choice.

I was refused to zipline - Drove 4 hours to go zipline at grand canyon, waited in line for more than 1 hour, when we finally got in - I was refused to use the zipline cause I don't weight enough, when in fact I do weigh enough. Everywhere online it is stated that you need to weigh between 90 and 275 pounds, I weight 110. So we wasted $230 as my husband didn’t want to zipline without me. We were refused a refund. Lady at the front desk was rude and not helpful. The prices are ridiculous and the place looks abandoned, would expect more from a place that charges money just to see nature which should be free.
