great experience - it is a fair way to drive to from Las Vegas but certainly worth the effort. It is an amazing experience which is very well controlled and very safely managed

Very impressive - Go early in the morning so there aren't many people on the Sky

Grand Canyon West. - The zip line was really fun As for the Skywalk it was okay. Do it for the novelty. The native exhibits were very interesting. Do expect to go through a gauntlet of security and souvenir shops..

Western Rim skywalk excursion - The zip line is good but may not be thrilling for and adventurous individual! The skywalk is great but hyped a bit and the pictures taken make it like a syndicate. The shuttles are excellent and staff are great and helpful

Don't go - Not that exciting. Nice views, but it's the Grand Canyon. 380 miles long. Only 110 of that is tribal. Just go elsewear. They charge too much and don't get customer service. For example, if you're staying in their lodge. Check in is 3 P.m. but, you have to check in to get your package tickets. So that leaves you with literally nothing to do, but sit in your car and wait. Then you have 90 minutes to either zip line or go the sky walk. But hurry because if you want to eat dinner you have to be at the restaurant before 5. Would not recommend.

Avoid this money trap! - Avoid! This place is such a money trap. To start with, they won’t let you bring in a bag (I showed the staff I only had fruit and water In it for the kids but still got refused). The site says buy tickets online to save queues but then it doesn’t allow kids on the ticket so we had to buy them again!! All three areas are very run down with very few staff. We left feeling extremely disappointed and about $500 down. Wish we would have made the effort to go to the proper park.

Very Disappointed - Unfortunately my automobile broke down and I wasn't able to attend my excursion to the Grand Canyon. I called customer service who responded that they would reach out to the tour agent to advise the latest time I could arrive to allow my family to attend. I never received a call back from customer service. Unfortunately this was completely unexpected and my family is out $500 for this trip, I am greatly disappointed.

Tickets not valid - These vouchers do not work when you arrive on-site. Apparently it's a known issue with the barcode not scanning which means you will need to purchase more tickets on arrival. Luckily I was able to get a refund on the tickets purchased through Viator however I would not recommend purchasing these tickets as they will not work when you arrive at the visitor centre.

Paid for All-Inclusive Ticket, Got Locked Out & Threatened by Security (And Capital One Left Us Hanging) - Paid for All-Inclusive Ticket, Got Locked Out & Threatened by Security (And Capital One Left Us Hanging) Terrible experience at the Grand Canyon / GCW Tour Terminal, backed by unhelpful credit card support from Capital One Grand Canyon Experience: We purchased an all-inclusive ticket package for $182.16 for two that explicitly included attractions like ziplining and arcade access. When we arrived at the zipline before their posted 4:30 PM closing time (around 3:45–4:00 PM), management arbitrarily turned us away and refused entry. We have attached photos and videos clearly showing the security personnel threatening us to leave the premises and treating us like trespassers, despite the fact that we were simply trying to access the paid amenities we legally purchased. The merchant failed to provide the services paid for and completely ruined our holiday. Capital One Dispute Handling: When I disputed the charge for "Services Not Rendered," Capital One sided with the merchant based solely on a generic "no refund" policy, ignoring the fact that the service was never actually delivered. Despite submitting full documentation and a rebuttal, Capital One claimed I didn't resend duplicate paperwork—even though their phone representative explicitly told me only new information was needed for the second round. They have now closed the case, claiming "time has lapsed." Both companies show a complete lack of accountability and poor customer service. Future travelers and cardholders should beware.

Zipline - We had bought tickets for 3 people for the zipline. At the desk, no explanation. Person not very friendly or understanding. After more than an hour of waiting, we were told that we would not be able to do the activity because of the weather. Okay, but no refund or other alternative even though the tickets are very expensive! Not recommended!!!!
